The carer is always polite, cheerful and efficient.

The carers are very understanding and always ready to listen to you. They help me in various aspects of my life. I was very hesitant initially but my mind was soon changed and I was pleasantly surprised with all the wonderful care I received I could not have asked for a better care provider.

It’s easily said, but I mean this genuinely - if you’re looking for reliable and friendly care, I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I have found the service excellent in all respects. The staff are polite, respectful and very efficient and caring. The office is very good at accommodating changes when necessary.

The staff that look after my mom are amazing. They are attentive and very thorough! They go the extra mile to help, and we couldn’t be without their help. The service is outstanding, and they work around our commitments to suit.

Very happy with the girls that come to see my mum. They are polite and do extra work that is needed. At times, when they are late, they give my mum a call to let her know - with her anxiety, this helps her.

We have been with A Star Care for four months and honestly, we can not fault them. They have been looking after our uncle and always inform us of how he is, will contact nurses if required and contact GP if they have any concerns.

She is happy knowing that the girls are coming in each day to help with all daily tasks she needs. Management is always happy to also add in any extra calls we have needed, even at short notice.

The carer that visits my mom has been brilliant. She always has her best interests at heart and will call me with any concerns, making sure I’m kept fully up to date with how she’s been. Thank you for giving me the peace of mind.

I think A Star are great and everything feels much better than the last company that I had. Everything here is very organised and straightforward everyone is very lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The girls always go the extra mile even if they don’t need to. I could go on and on but just want to say thank you for supporting me in everything! I don’t know what I’d do without the girls that care for me now.

We had struggled for a while being unhappy with our father's caregivers and made a change to A Star Care. Wish we did this sooner! Management has been super efficient, helpful and very supportive towards us as a family. The carers are fantastic with my father meeting all requirements asked for and more, they’re always cheerful and show empathy and patience as this was a big let down for my father from previous. Thank you to the team at A Star for providing excellent support to my mother, the ongoing assistance and genuine care from the carers really helps my mother throughout the day. They are super friendly and it is so easy to communicate with the team.

Can not fault this company. We started with A Star Care a few months back due to my grandfather becoming less independent. My dad had a fall and became quite withdrawn and unwell. Since using A Star Care Services he has had a new lease of life and is doing so well in all aspects thanks to the team helping him! The carers are great and go above and beyond to meet his needs, they visit twice daily and are always punctual and friendly. The ladies that go into my dad's home twice a day to help him take his medication are kind, totally reliable, and very efficient. My dad is very comfortable having them come into his home, they make him cups of tea and just treat him like family. We agonised over going down the carers route but actually wish we had done it sooner. We are very happy with how things are going and feel we have our dad back.

Our dad was in a home for 6 months but wanted to come back home, we were worried about who will look after him when he gets back and will home care be enough to meet his needs. A Star Care have been wonderful and Dad is happy with all the carers that come to see him, and he looks much better at home than he did at the care home. Thanks A Star Care.
