A Star Care Services has been an absolute blessing in looking after my Grandad. Their team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure he is cared for with compassion, respect and professionalism. The carers are attentive, always ensuring his needs are met, whether it's assisting with personal care or providing companionship.

The carers are very understanding and always ready to listen to you. They help me in various aspects of my life. I was very hesitant initially but my mind was soon changed and I was pleasantly surprised with all the wonderful care I received I could not have asked for a better care provider.

Very happy with the girls that come to see my mum. They are polite and do extra work that is needed. At times, when they are late, they give my mum a call to let her know - with her anxiety, this helps her.

We have been with A Star Care for four months and honestly, we can not fault them. They have been looking after our uncle and always inform us of how he is, will contact nurses if required and contact GP if they have any concerns.

She is happy knowing that the girls are coming in each day to help with all daily tasks she needs. Management is always happy to also add in any extra calls we have needed, even at short notice.

The carer that visits my mom has been brilliant. She always has her best interests at heart and will call me with any concerns, making sure I’m kept fully up to date with how she’s been. Thank you for giving me the peace of mind.

I think A Star are great and everything feels much better than the last company that I had. Everything here is very organised and straightforward everyone is very lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The girls always go the extra mile even if they don’t need to. We had struggled for a while being unhappy with our father's caregivers and made a change to A Star Care. Wish we did this sooner! Management has been super efficient, helpful and very supportive towards us as a family. The carers are fantastic with my father meeting all requirements asked for and more, they’re always cheerful and show empathy and patience as this was a big let down for my father from previous. Thank you to the team at A Star for providing excellent support to my mother, the ongoing assistance and genuine care from the carers really helps my mother throughout the day. They are super friendly and it is so easy to communicate with the team.

Can not fault this company. We started with A Star Care a few months back due to my grandfather becoming less independent. All the carers have really helped him but also us and relieved so much pressure for us as a family knowing he is well looked after daily and supported by all! My dad had a fall and became quite withdrawn and unwell. Since using A Star Care Services he has had a new lease of life and is doing so well in all aspects thanks to the team helping him! The carers are great and go above and beyond to meet his needs, they visit twice daily and are always punctual and friendly.
