We are very happy with the carers and the managers. They attend three times a day and are always punctual, they talk to her to help her dementia and feed her morning and night. Very, very pleased indeed.

Unfortunately, our independent grandfather was no longer able to support himself in his daily duties and the team at A Star Care Services made the process of his initial assessment through to the daily care support for our gramps extremely easy and pain-free. The carers have been so lovely and warm and I have never seen our grandfather so happy to be supported - he is quite a stubborn gentleman! The carers also spend their time to carefully assist and they really bring a warmth and energy to the home! The care manager is always available for any concerns we have too. As a family, we are so glad that we chose A Star Care Services for our grandmother. She was always an independent individual however as she started to get older and early stages of dementia started to show we knew we needed to get additional support. From the initial assessment, A Star Care services highlighted a great wealth of knowledge which gave us as a family the confidence that we chose the right care provider. Several of the staff members showed my grandmother the greatest attention and care and were always very friendly on the visits. We were particularly impressed when we had to attend a family wedding away from home and the care manager would regularly keep us updated on our grandmother's condition. Fantastic Care Company! A Star Care Services care for my gran, who lives in a country village. Most care companies won't drive to the area. A Star Services agreed to provide care for my gran and from the moment they started, we haven't looked back. My gran is basically bed bound, and needs assistance with all aspects of care including medication, personal care, oral care, catheter care, pressure area care, nutrition and hydration, continence care. A Star have wonderful carers and management team who work with client, family, and other professionals to provide the best possible care for that person. Nothing has been too much trouble and A Star will always assist and help where ever possible. My gran looks forward to the carers attending, she has built wonderful friendships with the girls that attend, they engage with her, comfort her when needed and provide continued support throughout so my gran can gain her full potential. A wonderful care company who care!

My dad has Parkinson's and was scared to have carers initially. It took some time for him to get used to the girls, but now he really enjoys them coming. The regular carers that come are lovely and have a great rapport with my dad.

The care received by my mum who is 93 is first-class and is the reason why my mum can continue to live in her own home. Mum looks forward to the carers going each day and nothing is too much trouble for them. It is a comfort to our family knowing how the carers from A Star look after our mum. The whole team are excellent and show compassion and really do care.

The management is always helpful and gets involved if nurses or GP need to be contacted.

I am always treated with respect and dignity. My carers listen to me and my needs and happily adapt and change if needs be. After my infusions, I feel very unwell and my carers do their best to make life easier and make it a better experience.

I have been using A Star Care for a while now. They help me look after my Mum who is now bedridden. The care staff are all lovely. The management staff are very supportive. If I need any advice or am concerned about my Mum who has dementia I can call them and they are always there to offer advice.

A Star Care Services are exceptional. For the last 8 years, my 96-year-old father-in-law has been unable to walk and has required carers to support him. He lives with his 90-year-old wife who is devoted to him and does her very best to look after him. We were with another care agency until 8 months ago but as his condition deteriorated and his wife (who suffers from severe arthritis) was able to do less, the previous company was not flexible or caring enough. Too often the carers did not actually exhibit the care and respect this couple deserved and needed. A Star have been a revelation in terms of how caring they are, their flexibility, and their availability to help when crises happen. Both my father and mother-in-law adore being together in their own home and we know he would not survive if he went into residential care. A Star make his remaining at home possible with their exceptional care and commitment. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them more highly.

The ladies are lovely as are the management. This agency always tries to accommodate and have been very supportive during difficult times.
