We have been very happy with the care provided for mom and dad, during a very difficult time. They have been available at short notice during crisis involving one or other being admitted to hospital until family have arrived and have provided emotional support and reassurance. They have also been happy to arrange prescription deliveries and liaise with other health professionals.

Meet the Team (2)
After graduating from university, I spent three years working in a corporate environment before realising it was not the right career path for me. I wanted to work in a role that was truly rewarding and made a meaningful difference to people’s lives, which led me to a career in care.
Over the past eight years, I have developed a strong understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality, person-centred care. I firmly believe that the best way to ensure high standards is by working alongside care staff and remaining actively involved in service delivery. This is why I continue to work within the community, supporting both clients and carers, to ensure the care we provide meets the highest standards and that everyone involved feels supported and valued.
When I first entered the care sector, I recognised the importance of understanding not only compassionate care but also the practical and operational aspects of delivering it effectively. To strengthen my knowledge and skills, I enrolled in and successfully completed a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care within one year, which has helped shape my professional approach and leadership within the sector.
Before entering the care sector, I worked as a wedding organiser and progressed into a Co?ordinator role. This experience gave me a strong foundation in organisation, time management, and attention to detail—skills that are essential in ensuring client calls are consistently met and delivered at the agreed times.
I am now the Registered Manager, and I take pride in leading a service that is safe, reliable, and truly person-centred. I remain actively involved in the community and continue to provide care, as I value maintaining direct contact with our clients and gaining first-hand insight into how they are progressing. This helps me monitor the quality of care being delivered, support my staff effectively, and ensure our service continues to meet individual needs and high standards.
I am currently working towards my Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care and have successfully completed my Train the Trainer qualification across all core topics required within the care setting. I am always striving to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients and continuously look for ways to improve the service, strengthen staff development, and ensure every client receives the highest standard of care and support.
