At Home Care is a Home Care provider, offering domiciliary Care and Support services, including 24-hour live-in care, to people within their own homes and in their local communities.

The carers are always professional, compassionate and sensitive to mum's needs. There is good communication with the office and messages are always responded to promptly. The team are always helpful and happy to accommodate changes to care visits where possible. As the main carer for my mum, I feel

At Home Care is without a doubt the finest care provider we have had experiences with. From the first interaction when the assessment of needs was made, it was clear that there was genuine empathy and a sincere intention to provide the best level of care possible. Every single carer to date has not
only arrived in a timely fashion and performed all of their duties consistently well, but has stayed for the entire duration of their call out, been friendly, kind and empathetic, going out of their way to provide the help requested or required. On a couple of occasions where a medical intervention was required, the carers responded professionally and immediately, notified me directly and kept me updated. They have significantly reduced my concerns with regard to my mother's ability to live independently whilst still receiving the support she needs. I honestly can't praise them enough and urge anyone who is unhappy with the care service they are receiving to contact At Home Care.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the carers who patiently cared for my mother this past year.
You all shared deep passion in supporting her at times when she had no one else to turn to. You were able to build a relationship with her so she felt safe in your company and I believe
trusted your judgment. Even if she did choose to do things her way at times. I thank you for being patient with us the family, listening and handling our story with care.
It goes to show unlike other professionals, you actively listen first for the care of your client and their family.
I can't express my thanks enough for being there for Mum and listening to me on the phone when I felt frustrated with the situation.

The caring staff provided a competent and compassionate level of care for my wife for over two years. They assisted her in washing and dressing in the mornings and preparing her for bed in the evenings.
They were punctual for their visits, and the office would always advise if there were to be any
delays.

I cannot fault the care I received from my Caremark carers, 100% committed and always with a smile on their face. My morning visit from my carer set me up for the day as we always had a laugh together.
Not once did they make me feel like a burden and I cannot recommend my carers highly enough.

I am very happy with the carer we were given and 3rd week onwards has been great. Lovely lady kind and caring and who bonded very well with my husband. I felt totally at ease.
In early May our usual carer didn't come, and a different person arrived. I wasn't happy and my husband was puzzled. I should
have been told and could have prepared my husband for a different person.
Then moving on to the separate Personal Care package. The male carer who came was wonderful and connected with my husband immediately. On the 2nd visit, he made a significant difference and managed to wash my husband's arms, legs, feet, and chest fabulous! I was totally surprised and thrilled. However, on the next visit, a different carer arrived, with a different approach, my husband had no idea who had turned up! And he was 15 minutes late. My husband didn't connect at all. I should have been told it would be someone different because I could have prepared my husband. Hence my review is 4 stars instead.

The carers treat my mum with respect. When they carry out her personal care they are usually very gentle with her. If I’m at home I can often hear them chatting away with her. They’ve probably heard her life history a number of times! If the evening time could be after seven o’clock that would help
me organise her injection and meal.

Very pleased with the care supplied to my father. He can be very obnoxious as he has Alzheimer's, so can be extremely difficult to handle at times.
