Treated as a human being.
Not as pricey.
I am very happy to hear such lovely feedback about the service you are receiving. I will be sure to pass this on to the team.
This company has been providing home care services to my mother for the past five months, and the carers are always very punctual, professional and respectful; they always bring to our attention any welfare concerns they may have. First-class management backup is also being provided.
Many thanks for your kind words; I will be sure to pass your positive feedback to the team.
The carers treat my mum with respect. When they carry out her personal care they are usually very gentle with her. If I’m at home I can often hear them chatting away with her. They’ve probably heard her life history a number of times! If the evening time could be after seven o’clock that would help me organise her injection and meal.
Some of the best I have had a chance to work with. Care coordinators are understanding and always happy to help.
Many thanks for your kind words, I will be sure to pass your positive feedback to the care coordinators.
Kind regards,
Noemi.
Very pleased with the care supplied to my father. He can be very obnoxious as he has Alzheimer's, so can be extremely difficult to handle at times. However, the carers are very professional and know exactly how to handle him, so he is in very capable hands. 100% recommend. All carers are very polite and helpful.
Thank you very much for your kind words. We are happy to hear how pleased you are with our services.
My brother's three carers are all professional, friendly, caring and it is clear they have a passion for care work. They have built a relationship with him in a short space of time and he enjoys spending time with them, the carers are engaged in various activities with him and they are very proactive and provide an amazing service.
Hi R. Thank you very much for your time in providing us with this wonderful review. We aim to continue to provide high standards to your brother and all of our other clients too. Kind regards.
My wife needs care four times a day, these visits are punctual and care is excellent.
Thank you Tony for your kind words. We aim to continue to provide excellent care for your wife. Kind regards.
Generally good, polite carers and diligent in my wife's health concerns and advice given. Visit times, correct agreed times in the morning but some teatime calls a little early and evening (last call on the day) are not always of agreed times, sometimes half an hour before agreed times which makes my wife longer in bed than she really wants. I understand this cannot always be avoided, due to the last client visits.
Thank you for your kind words. We are grateful you can understand the struggles with allocated time, but during this pandemic, it is quite hard to meet all needs at the same time. We will continue to aim to provide a later bed call for your wife. Kind regards.
Never had carers for Dad before so not sure what to expect - the carers are very professional, caring and so nice. They are so helpful with suggestions for Dad - just cannot fault anyone from the office staff to the carers - all such lovely people. Excellent service.
We really appreciate you taking the time out to complete a review for us and we look forward to maintaining high standards of care! We are very proud of our carers!
Kind regards.
The carers are fantastic, very helpful and kind.
Thank you Elizabeth for your kind review, we value the feedback from our existing clients. Our carers really do go above and beyond. We are proud of them
From this, I can see a very caring company.
Jamie, thank you so much for your review, we appreciate all feedback and are super proud of each and every carer.
I just find that everything they do is completely excellent, from the managers to the carers, they are very kind, professional, very helpful and very friendly.
Thank you for your kind words. We are very proud of our care workers and the standard of care they provide.
Good timekeepers and willing to have a chat.
Thank you.
The staff, from the carers to management, are so lovely, kind and very much understanding and importantly my dad as well as myself think they are amazing. They always make time for us and nothing is too much trouble for them.
I imagine at times their job can be challenging but they remain professional, kind, caring and understanding.
After a previous bad experience from an agency, they have been an absolute delight and I would definitely recommend them.
Thank you all so much.
Thank you for your kind words. It mean a lot.
Kind regards,
Gemma
I would definitely recommend, my dad is with the Hemel Hempstead team.
All of the staff are brilliant.
At 21:15 on Friday night (04/12/20), the carer arrived for her evening duty. She was concerned at my wife's serious loss of balance and decided to request an ambulance. The carer was told that there were "more important cases to be dealt with", and there was no ambulance available for several hours. The carer refused to accept this and called again. She was eventually advised the paramedics be called. After a series of tests, they found my wife had a faulty heart condition and took her straight to hospital where she stayed overnight. At around 08:30 Saturday morning, my wife was taken to another hospital from where a surgeon telephoned me to say he was going to operate immediately and give my wife a pacemaker. He agreed her carer's diligence had saved her life! The diagnosis was:- Complete heart block-emergency dual-chamber pacemaker.
Many thanks for your kind words, John.
Kind Regards,
Extremely happy with this company, they go above and beyond for my friend making sure she is well looked after. They always make sure everything is tidy before leaving and that my friend doesn't need anything else before they go.
Kind Regards.
My mother is the service user. Although I have not been present when the carers have attended my parents home, they have expressed their appreciation of the level of care my mother has received. On a couple of occasions, the carer that visited, had a concern about my mother's skin on her lower leg and foot this was reported back to the office who then contacted her GP and an appointment was made, and Mum was seen. I feel confident that when there are concerns this is acted upon giving me confidence in the service provided. My father says the carers are always very cheerful.

Ash has been immersed in the care sector since 2012, building and leading three successful domiciliary care agencies across Hertfordshire. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he has developed a deep understanding of what high-quality, person-centred care truly means. His journey into care was born from a genuine compassion for others and a strong desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
