Ash has been immersed in the care sector since 2012, building and leading three successful domiciliary care agencies across Hertfordshire. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he has developed a deep understanding of what high-quality, person-centred care truly means. His journey into care was born from a genuine compassion for others and a strong desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Ash believes that carers are the heart of any great care service. He is deeply committed to empowering and supporting his teams to ensure they can deliver care with compassion, consistency, and professionalism. Under his leadership, fairness, respect, and dignity are not just principles – they are daily practices.

His passion is fuelled by the stories he hears from those receiving care. “One person caring about another represents life’s greatest value,” he says. “Nothing moves me more than hearing how we’ve helped improve someone’s quality of life, given them back their confidence, or simply enabled them to stay in the home they love, surrounded by familiarity and comfort.”

Ash’s commitment goes beyond business – it’s a personal mission to raise standards in the care sector and to create services where both clients and carers feel valued, respected, and heard.

I have been with At Home Care for nearly six years, starting as a Care & Support Worker and progressing to my current role as Operations Manager.

Along the way, I advanced through roles as a Field Care Supervisor, Deputy Care Manager, and Registered Care Manager. The career opportunities and support at At Home Care have been incredible, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally.

I am deeply passionate about providing more than just care, it’s about making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

My goal is to create a family-like atmosphere where every individual feels valued, respected, and supported.
