Every carer that I have met is wonderful with my mum. her care is next level, warm, safe, fed, cared for. What more could I ask for as a daughter. Ten out of ten for me and for my mum.

My carers are always pleasant and helpful, and I look forward to their visits. I'm not always ready for my tea etc, so very helpful in all respects. Also, they check my windows etc, to make sure I'm secure before they leave.

We have no complaints, they provide an excellent quality of care. The caring team are considerate, very pleasant with a good sense of humour. They always ask if they can do anything else for us before they leave and they also keep to the time, allocated time given where ever possible.

My mum is 89 years old and has dementia. Respectful Care has been a lifesaver not only for Mum but for me, my husband and my brother who are her primary carers. The kindness, understanding and patience shown to Mum has impressed us and Mum always praises them for the care they give her, even if she cannot remember their names.

Respectful Care have looked after my father for over two years until he has recently moved into a care home. The team supported him with personal care, medications, meals, laundry and cleaning. I knew the moment the care manager came for an assessment that I'd picked the right company. She asked all the right questions and told me all the things I need to know. I always felt they had his best interest at heart and he always enjoyed the carer's visits. Hearing the carer and my dad singing together as they looked at photos was a joy that will stay with me forever. Nothing was too much trouble and the care managers really know their stuff. The carers managed a couple of difficult health situations with my father because of infections, however, they were on the case which meant I got some respite and as I live 180 miles away and couldn't rush up every time that was wonderful. I feel that my father and I became part of an extended caring family and I will be forever grateful to the team.

I am going through a bad time with my mental health at the minute and know it's going to get worse before it gets better, but I cannot thank the staff at Respectful Care enough and how well they are trained in the mental health sector. I felt like I was getting no help from other professionals but the staff at Respectful Care have helped me and I am now on the journey to get back to my old self with the help and support from staff who just understand and support me continuously.

My 95-year-old dad lives with us. He is mostly bedbound but is hoisted for shower etc. Respectful Care provides 2 carers for an hour each morning and are great. They shower my dad three times per week and make sure he is clean and hygienic. They are very proactive in spotting potential issues and concerns - they will also liaise with the District Nurses on our behalf.

My dad still has all his wits about him and enjoys the interaction each morning. The carers are always upbeat and cheerful as well as being professional and competent in their roles. The company responds very well to requests for additional support (I was recently in hospital and they increased visits to three per day with no fuss or bother). We are paying for the care so can afford to be choosy - this team of carers cannot be faulted. I would recommend to anyone looking for home care support.

Respectful Care have made a positive difference to mum's life since she had Alzheimer's. They visit her twice a day and look after her personal care, nutrition and medication. The only negative is that maybe because of the Covid pandemic, there are probably too many different carers coming - whereas mum (and relatives) was expecting just one or two regulars so she could get to know them and feel more comfortable. However, mum really likes some of them and hopefully we can resolve this when Covid has finished.
