I would like to thank Respectful Care for all the help they have given to me.

Respectful Care have provided an excellent service for my mother who has late stage dementia. They try and provide the same person who has really taken time to get to know Mum and build a rapport with her. They always keep us informed on all aspects of Mum's care, and we have total trust in them. They are keeping Mum at home which is her main wish, without them she would be in a care home.

I started having your company in October 2019 for a friend and when he passed away in October 2020, I decided to keep the carers for myself because they were extremely very good and very helpful.

Company has improved over the last few months. Staff are always on time, very polite and friendly. They show and treat me with dignity and go above and beyond.

The staff at Respectful Care Rotherham are caring, professional and very respectful. Caring for Mum in her own home in a genuine and compassionate way. The whole team are very supportive to Mum and her family, communicating well and easing our distress in coping with Mum's care needs. Thank you to the whole team.

Carers are caring and friendly. They try to help my mother if they can. They do this in a cheerful manner.

Lovely bunch of carers have helped my mother a lot over the past months. She has dementia and they have made such an impact on her life and got her settled and happy at home after a stay in hospital. Can't thank them enough.

Excellent service, right from the very beginning at my mum's home assessment, everyone has been very helpful, caring and very professional. My mum's care plan is detailed and followed every day. We are very pleased to have Respectful Care looking after my mum.

As a family, we decided to enlist the help of Respectful Care when our Mum's dementia had progressed and she needed help getting up in a morning. The carers also used to take her out on social visits to the coffee shop or the library or to Asda. Mum is in 24hour care now but if she didn't need that we would still be using Respectful. The carers are fantastic and you can tell that they really do care and that is priceless. Lovely manager and office staff who were really knowledgeable and would do anything for you. There was never anything that was too much for the carers either. Such a nice and caring team and the service is above and beyond.

Right from the start my son was welcomed into the support service. Management and staff realised my son's needs and knew how to support him. My son is now happier than ever with people around him who care and make a difference to his social being.

As the name suggests, my husband is treated with the utmost respect. The staff are very friendly and really care. This is very different to what care he had before so means a lot to us.

We are in a position to compare Respectful Care with three previous care companies and our genuine opinion is that Respectful Care are far and above in terms of care. They have exceeded all our expectations. They make all the others appear amateur in comparison. Credit where credit is due. Thanks to all involved.

I changed carers as I wasn't getting sufficient care, but now the carers are excellent with the care they give. My health has improved because of the care they have given. I would strongly recommend Respectful Care Rotherham to anyone. Excellent, carry on the good work.
