I have been helping Mum to set up the care she needs as she was recently discharged from hospital and her health is deteriorating rapidly and moving to palliative care. The staff at Radfield have been amazing and have made the process so easy for us. We've had to revise Mum's care plan several times in the last few weeks as her needs have changed rapidly. The team there have been so helpful, understanding, accommodating and quick to respond to Mum's changing needs. It has made the whole process so easy for us. I have access online to Mum's care plan and see updates from visits which gives great peace of mind. The carers are all so lovely. We were worried Mum wouldn't take to having carers but she really likes the staff and is more than happy for them to help with her care. They take great care of her, again giving us support and peace of mind during quite a difficult time. Thank you to all at Radfield.

I find your service very good indeed. I have been with you for nearly a year and I cannot find anything to complain about. When I was in hospital this year and I had to cancel my care a few times quickly your staff did everything to help me. I was very pleased as I didn't have to worry at all. My son is also very pleased with your services he can see how happy I am with my carer. So all is well. Thank you all.

I am very impressed with the standard of care given to my 98-year-old father by all the Radfield care staff. They were always reliable, prompt, and flexible to my dad's changing needs. The staff were always friendly and thoughtful and treated my dad more like a friend. This was backed up by an excellent and helpful administration staff and procedures which included sending clients a weekly summary of the times of visits and who would be attending. The app. that they provided gave me instant access to the carer's report on my dad immediately after their visit. This helped to reassure me that my dad was in good hands as I live 200 miles from him. Hopefully one day in the future all home care will be of this excellent standard.

Complete waste of time. The contracted hours were never completed. I was ridiculed by the carer because I was suffering depression, carer left early knowing I was very down and I've just gone back to laying on the couch with the quilt over me since. I really don't care anymore, I suffer suicidal thoughts. I think the care agency was just put in place so it looked like Social Service had done something. There was never a care plan in place anyway.
Our chief concern in this matter is the well-being of the author (RR). We maintain that RR deserves a comfortable and fulfilling life, remaining connected to what matters to them. It saddens us to read RR’s opinion of our service after a challenging experience for our care team. Loneliness and...
When we have had the need for additional care they have done their best to meet our needs.
They have an app which we have access to and the carers input everything they have done during their visit onto the app, they also note how my mother is feeling or any concerns they may have. I find this extremely helpful as I am not always there when the carers arrive.
They are not the cheapest company providing this care however they are reliable and try to build up a relationship with users by keeping staff changes to a minimum this justifies the extra charge. I would highly recommend this company

My mum has been very happy with the care she has received over the last twelve months plus. A schedule of visits with times and carer attending is sent out. The carers have been very friendly, caring and go above and beyond what is asked of them. Nothing has been too much trouble and if a change in time is needed it's always catered for. Having the carers make us as a family much more confident that Mum is getting the care she needs and her medication controlled. Mum has now gone into a care home. We can't thank Radfield enough for the friendship and care they gave to Mum.

Since I have been allocated Radfield Home Care I have been surprised and delighted with their detail to care, compassion and professionalism. I use them twice a day (morning and evening) because they send me a rota each week I know what time they are calling and in most cases know who the carer is. They always make sure before they leave me that everything is to my satisfaction, I am so happy with Radfield.

My carer is very friendly and cheerful. She is hardworking, always looking around for jobs to help me. She always treats me with dignity and care. The company provide access to my care plan for my relatives and myself and send regular information to keep me up to date with arrangements and any changes. Extremely good service that I would highly recommend to others.

Excellent service, efficient and helpful carers. The kindness and caring nature of the carers is first class. It has been a pleasure to have them in my home. They have helped me build up my strength and confidence since I was discharged from hospital in January.

Excellent company. Worked extremely hard to get my mum back home from hospital under difficult circumstances due to her specific care needs. Nothing was too much trouble and they quickly arranged for staff to have the complex specialist training to care for my mum and provided also the specialist PPE that she needed. My mum was extremely anxious about needing carers, having been totally independent prior to her hospital admission. She settled in very quickly with her nominated carers and has always been full of praise about them. The office staff have also been excellent and always happy to help with anything at all. Would highly recommend this company, the quality of care they provide is amazing and having been employed within the care sector myself for a number of years, I cannot fault them at all. The most professional agency I have come across. Keep the excellent work up Radfield Home Care Liverpool North. I wouldn't have anyone else provide my mum's care and she is extremely happy and content with them.

Dave is Director of Radfield Home Care Liverpool North. Dave has worked for Shell for over 15 years, involved in a number of global projects, working with interesting people all over the world.
It is Dave’s belief that being able to interact with individuals from all walks of life is an integral part of being successful in the Home Care sector and he has brought all of these skills to his business.
Dave has first-hand home care experience, as sadly over recent years he has seen both his parents struggle with Dementia and the challenges this brings to family and loved ones. As the family journey continued, Dave’s inspiration for his business has been driven by his struggle to find high quality, person-centred home care for his parents.
Denys joined Radfield Home Care Liverpool North in 2019 and has brought with him a wealth of experience in the care sector.
He has worked in home care since 2007 in various roles from project management to multi-site management. And, has also seen the benefits of working for both small and large home care businesses over the years. During this time Denys has had a range of career highlights from improving the care service, developing individuals and teams, and growing a business.
Denys explains, “Supporting people to live independently is highly rewarding, and as a manager, it also means you can influence the way the services are developed. In a world of technology, you see the great benefits; of raising the standards of both care and the service we offer. Helping people to live at home independently is at the core of what we do, and there is no better feeling in supporting our clients to achieve this.”
We would like to introduce you to Yasmin Choudhury, care coordinator for Radfield Home Care Liverpool North. Yasmin is responsible for the creation and management of the rotas for clients and carers, liaising with clients, families and professionals to manage care needs and staff deployment and supporting the registered manager with the safe running of the office.

Pauline is responsible for the creation and management of the rotas for clients and carers, liaising with clients, families and professionals to manage care needs and staff deployment and supporting the registered manager with the safe running of the office.
We would like to introduce you to Louise, our Recruitment and Compliance Officer for Radfield Home Care Liverpool North, Sefton & Ormskirk. Louise is responsible for recruiting our team of expert care professionals and ensuring our care teams are set up for success in performing their roles. She also ensures that our carer and client information is compliant with the Care Quality Commission’s regulations.
Louise details her wealth of fantastic experiences:
“I have worked in a number of roles in the past having been in the Royal Air Force for a number of years until I had my daughter. I then worked for a finance company for a couple of years and progressed from Receptionist to a New Business Clerk. I then moved to the Santander Retail Contact Centre, I then moved into the Fraud Contact Centre within the first 12 months and progressed to a Contact Centre Team Leader, managing a team of 15 call handlers, dealing with customer escalations, complaints and making sure the customer journey was smooth. I remained with the bank for 11 years and only left due to redundancy. I wanted a new role which would be more engaging with people and moved to the North West Ambulance as a call handler which I really enjoyed and remained there for 7 months. I then moved to a home care company as a Recruitment Consultant and progressed to a Recruitment Account manager.”
“When I initially joined the home care company I had never worked in the care sector and couldn’t answer questions potential candidates would ask. I completed my care certificate training within the first 8 weeks and delivered home care for some time. This gave me the knowledge and experience to help and reassure potential candidate queries. I enjoy recruitment and getting to speak with a variety of people on a day-to-day basis.”
As a former recruitment consultant, Louise knows exactly how to find the best carers:
“I am aware of the recruitment needs for home care and how to identify good quality care professionals. I’m also familiar with North Liverpool and Sefton having previously recruited for these areas. Working in the community gives me an understanding of what the care professionals in the community go through each day – engaging with lots of different people, from potential candidates to clients and other HCPs. I have care certificate training, previous managerial experience, knowledge of the local areas and an understanding of the recruitment challenges within the care sector.”
Lesley is Radfield Home Care Liverpool North, Sefton and Ormskirk’s Business Development Coordinator. Lesley is responsible for raising the profile of our outstanding home care within the local community, including arranging and attending regular events. She updates our social media and champions the key local people and businesses in the community.
