Kayleigh has been part of Guardian Angel Carers for 7 years, beginning her journey as a Recruitment Apprentice and progressing through the business to Recruitment Manager before stepping into her role as Branch Manager.

Having come from a care background, Kayleigh has always had a strong understanding of the people behind the care. Throughout her career, she has remained closely involved in supporting CareAngels beyond their initial recruitment and training, including Moving and Handling, ongoing development, wellbeing and helping teams feel valued and supported in their roles.

As Branch Manager, Kayleigh leads the Worthing team with a strong focus on quality, safety and compassionate care. She works closely with CareAngels, clients, families and the wider team to make sure people receive the right support and that the highest standards of care are maintained.

Tamara has been with Guardian Angel Carers since 2019. Tamara came to us from social care, so she has a great knowledge of the industry experts that we work alongside. She has a wonderful way with clients and loves to problem solve, which is why she is perfectly suited for her role in coordination. Debbie has been with us since 2022. She started as a carer with a background in care and hospitality management. Very quickly, Debbie was promoted to Team leader, and then this year Debbie accepted the role of Care Supervisor, primarily looking after any new clients to get them settled with us and to support and keep in touch with our existing clients. Kirstie is the active Registered Care Manager for Guardian Angel Carers South Coast branches and has over 11 years of experience in the care industry, including running her own care company, working in domiciliary care, and serving as a Live-in Carer.

This extensive experience fosters empathy toward carers and enables them to set high standards, drawing on her first-hand knowledge of what great care entails. Having been in retail management for 10 years and Banking for over 15 I wanted to utilise my skills in a different environment. I knew post-lockdown that care was an industry I wanted to support.

In the 2+ years I've been with Guardian Angel Carers, I have developed from Recruitment Manager, HR and now Head of Operations.
