The care package we have in place is covering early evenings. However, recently we have requested two evenings - Tuesday and Saturday (late evening). Very accommodating and flexible with their package which helps cover all our needs. Cares about the person they are caring for and also very understanding and knowledgable of that person. I cannot thank all the carers enough for all that they do in making my mom happy and comfortable in her home environment.

The Home Instead team have provided tremendous support for my wife and myself for over the past 18 months. The Care Givers have always been on time, smiling and unstinting in their concern for both our welfare. They remembered my wife's personal needs and routines and socialised with her. If time permitted they assisted with household chores.

My husband has been receiving weekly visits from Home Instead for 12 months. He was at first reluctant to accept these visits but he now looks forward to them. Each of the three carers from whom he has had support have been friendly and caring. He was sorry when the first one moved away, but he soon realised that her replacement was equally as good. When she moved elsewhere, he adapted well to the current person. He remembers each of them fondly - he even remembers their names, which is unusual for him and he often recalls the conversations he has had with them. We are both impressed by the fact that Home Instead will not send anyone new without first introducing that person to us. If I need to contact the office, I invariably get a quick and friendly response on the phone and, should the person I need to speak to not be available, they can be relied upon to contact me as soon as they are able. The quarterly reviews are always helpful and are much more than a mere formality.

Home Instead caregivers have been very supportive in helping to care for our elderly mother who has dementia and mobility problems. We are able to access Home Instead's online portal on a daily basis to read the caregivers' reports following their visits. This, together with regular review meetings, has given us much reassurance and peace of mind. The caregivers provide a range of services such as helping our mother with personal care, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and escorting her to appointments, whilst also providing companionship. They act professionally and treat Mom with dignity. I would thoroughly recommend Home Instead and the service they provide.

When grandad's health deteriorated due to his age and frailty, the care the managers and caregivers gave to grandad and me during this time was second to none. He was treated with such dignity and respect at all times and everything was always explained to him. We were helped and guided through his final days by the team to which I will be eternally grateful.

I contacted Home Instead to provide some companionship and support for my mother who was struggling with loneliness, dementia, and the impact of giving up her car. Over the few months we have been working with them, my mum and I agree that they have been nothing short of marvellous. Our caregiver has quickly become a trusted and invaluable support to my mother who was, at the start quite reticent about 'having a stranger in the house.' From my dealings with the supervisors and managers, I am delighted at just how friendly, professional and flexible they and their caregivers have been. My mum's caregiver has stepped in on several occasions to enable my mum to attend appointments; something that was becoming a real challenge as I live a distance away. The Lichfield and Tamworth team have made a world of difference to mums life and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Home Instead Tamworth are currently supporting my parents. The level of care, kindness and professionalism is outstanding. The ladies in the team around Mum and Dad are superb, their commitment to them is excellent, providing a range of help from personal care, housekeeping, and companionship to outings to Coffee shops (pre-Covid). They put their clients at the heart of everything, all visits are at least an hour-long meaning everyone feels valued and very importantly safe. Any contact with the admin side of Home Instead Tamworth is dealt with promptly, kindly and in a super friendly, supportive manner. Quite simply they are 5*and offer my sister and I peace of mind at all times. I cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you!
