Overall Experience

I am very happy with the service Blue Angel Care give to my mum, all the carers have a good understanding of Mum's condition. The live in carer is wonderful and attends to all of Mum's needs.

Overall Experience

We literally call them our angels as the lovely ladies have made such a difference to the end of life care for my Mother. The carers are consistent so she has built a rapport with them and she always has a smile on her face when they leave and is super comfy in her bed. They are friendly, kind and treat her with such respect and compassion.

Overall Experience

Blue Angel has been caring for my 101-year-old mother for seven months. They always treat her with great respect and dignity. All the carers are very efficient and professional, and they have all gone to great lengths to do things in the way she prefers. We are very pleased with their service.

Overall Experience
Blue Angel have only cared for my mum since March I am amazed at their care for my mum. My mum has dementia and she can be a bit uncooperative, but Blue Angel has always given her time never rushed her in any way.
They are very professional, kind, respectful and always made sure my mum maintains her dignity. There are not enough words I can say to praise Blue Angel they are exceptional.
The carer has always put herself out to accommodate mum and to make sure mums needs are met. I have had phone calls and visits from her just to see how things are and to make sure care is being given correctly.
I would highly recommend Blue Angel they are exceptional in every way. Sadly My mum is at end of life now and has not got very long to live I am so grateful that Blue Angle are with the family and my mum to the end.

Thank you so much to all carer's and especially one carer you are the best.

The carers are all very polite and helpful. I am able to have a laugh and joke with them which I look forward to. If anything extra is needed they are willing to help I only need to ask. If they re going to be late they usually phone and let us know.
