My husband is disabled and I am suffering from arthritis and cannot do everything he needs. I also go away for a break and leave him alone. The service we get is exemplary. They turn up on time do an excellent job and go beyond what's needed. We are both very happy.

I have dealt with lots of care agencies during my career and when caring for my own mum. I have been and continue to be extremely impressed by the services that Right at Home provide. Time keeping is excellent, everyone I have met treats my partners mum with such care compassion and dignity. It is a marvel to watch them work with mum to encourage her to do tasks that we sometimes struggle with. They support us and educate us on how to encourage mum to mobilise, eat, keep us informed of any changes in medication or concerns. I have never come across another agency that goes above and beyond to enable us to support mum at home. They are truly remarkable people who work quietly and politely in the background on family gatherings and Christmas. The team are very trustworthy, with a good work ethic demonstrating commitment and flexibility every day of the year. Thanks to everyone at Right at Home Reading and Wokingham.

Right at Home (Reading and Wokingham District) have been caring for our Mum for years and from the beginning have been a godsend for the family. Each one of the care staff I have met over the years has been bright, cheerful, friendly, extremely caring, observant and competent, uncomplaining, punctual and good natured. The management team have always been responsive, helpful and engaging and have often gone 'above and beyond' to provide a level of assistance that has both delighted and amazed us in our hour of greatest need. Quite frankly the whole package delivered by Right at Home is second to none in my opinion and I am so thankful that they were able to take on our Mum's care - she is in very good hands - hands that we know care deeply about her wellbeing and which deliver excellence each and every day.

Right at home have been helping to look after my mum for a few years now, particularly when her live-in carer has her days off.
The staff are really friendly and help my mum with a really wide variety of tasks. The management are courteous, responsive and a real pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

For me, the key advantage of having a small company involved is that you get a consistent service, which is totally tailored to the needs of your loved one (and at times yourself). Kevin, Leisa and the team have always gone above and beyond; to meet my expectations whilst listening to and maintaining my mother-in-law's dignity, and therefore they have managed to bring joy and happiness into her daily life. We have been using Right at Home for the last few years for my mum who is suffering with dementia. I have to say that the whole team have been fantastic and I really don't know how we would cope without them. They look after my mum so well and are always ready to go the extra mile to help out. I can not praise the reading and Wokingham district team enough. My mother has daily visits from various members of the team and has done for the last year. She really enjoys their company and looks forward to seeing them daily. The team have been a huge help since my father died in supporting my mother with companionship and work around the house. I couldn't recommend them enough.

The carers that visit do a fantastic job looking after Mum which is not always easy, but they are 100% professional and carry out their tasks with incredible good humour.
We have visits three times a day, but nothing is too much trouble, and in the event of Mum having a fall or similar, extra resources are brought in instantly no matter what time of day so that Mum can be looked after and not left in the hands of paramedics etc, which would be confusing for her.
I never thought anyone would show as much care and dedication as RAH do. I live abroad so it is a great comfort that whatever happens Mum has someone there that I can fully trust
I also have to mention how clean and tidy the House is, which did worry me that, it would start to be neglected, but they are doing a fantastic job keeping it in good condition.

The RaH Team are really quite exceptional! They have been providing regular care visits to my (increasingly frail) 95 year-old Dad - and also to my Mum, who has Dementia - for several years now (up to three times daily), and the reliability, adaptability, empathy and kindness of both the Carers themselves, and the Management Team, are pretty much faultless.
Would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for high-quality Home Care for their nearest and dearest.

From the initial telephone inquiry to the assessment visit and at every point of contact they have been professional and friendly. The staff work so well together and always put their clients first. The type of questions asked about what my mother needed showed exactly how good they are at understanding and communicating with clients and their families.
My mother has been using them for several months now and we are very happy with the care she is receiving.

We get regular reports of what is going on via the app, and if any maintenance issues crop up there is always an email or phone call to discuss what to do. Turnover in the care team is slow, so the whole family gets to know them and new people are always introduced by one of the existing team so that continuity is maintained.

My father enjoys their visits every day, and the regular company has meant so much to him as he deals with his medical condition giving him the mental uplift he so often needs.

Without them, we would not be able to provide the care required to keep the lady in her own home. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond normal duties, they have liaised with doctors and other live-in care givers, they have kept me informed of any potential problems and always helped to provide the answers to those problems. From our office in the lovely Berkshire village of Twyford, Right at Home Reading & Wokingham District has a simple objective: to deliver the best possible, high-quality care & support for our clients, in order to make a real difference every day to their lives.
We have a fabulous team of professional Carers who are dedicated to ensuring that our clients can live safely and happily in their own homes, with the dignity and respect that they deserve. We offer a premium service through a combination of recruiting, rewarding and retaining great staff, providing comprehensive training, and being sure to match our Carers to client interests and personalities.
Your local Carers will be personally introduced to you and given plenty of time to travel to your home. We carefully schedule to ensure that every care call is a minimum of one hour, so that we can maximise the value of the visit with the aim of improving, not just maintaining, your quality of life. You, your family and your friends can relax knowing that you are in safe hands.
From our base in Twyford, we provide support across our region, including Wokingham, Finchampstead, Aborfield, Shinfield, Woodley, Earley, Sonning, Charvil, Twyford, Ruscombe, Hurst, Shurlock Row and Waltham St Lawrence.

Leisa has been working in care for more than 30 years and joined Right at Home soon after we opened our Twyford office, in early 2018, first as an outstanding Caregiver, then as our Quality Manager, and now as our highly respected Registered Care Manager.
Leisa has a level 5 QCF in Health and Social Care and is a specialist in working with clients living with Dementia. As a Dementia Champion, Leisa is also able to deliver Dementia Friends training on behalf of the Alzheimer's Society, helping people in our community better understand how to support those living with dementia. Leisa is a member of the Right at Home UK Registered Managers Advisory Council, a small group of experienced RMs from across the country who work closely with the National Office Quality and Compliance experts to help develop best practices across the Right at Home network of offices. She is also a member of the RaH UK Training Advisory Group, helping to shape the award-winning training delivered across the Right at Home network.
In addition, Leisa leads the training for our local Carers, including being a qualified trainer for Medication Administration, Moving & Handling and Basic Life Support Level 2 certification.
Leisa provides support and mentorship to our lovely professional Carers, helping us maintain the highest standards of care for all our clients, and that best practice is shared across the entire team.
As Registered Care Manager, Leisa has overall responsibility for our Care Team and ensuring that we meet and exceed the standards & regulations that the CQC mandate, and encourages our team of Carers to go the extra mile in support of our clients.
Like everyone at Right at Home Reading & Wokingham District, Leisa shares a passion for delivering the highest quality home care in the area and works tirelessly to do her bit in making sure we achieve that goal.
Ruth joined the team in 2022 and is responsible for recruiting into our wonderful team of Carers. Ruth is passionate about bringing on board more excellent Care Assistants to make sure we can keep on providing our client base with the first-class service we are known for.
