The care team are wonderful.
They are punctual and very efficient, also showing care and consideration towards my husband.
Daily they ensure he is washed, takes his medication and gives his food requirements.
All with dignity and respect.

Overall the service was satisfactory. However, in the last few months, it has been very good with carers showing so much understanding care and better reliability. The office staff and sometimes carers will always contact us with any concerns, changes and information when needed.

The girls are so lovely to Mum, it is really appreciated. They are reliable and always have Mum's interest at heart. Mum looks forward to the girls coming. They are a credit to Maycare, we look forward to continuing with care in the new year. Thank you.

My mum has been a client for 5 years, and I am very pleased with the care provided for her. The carers are respectful to her needs, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble ensuring my mum has everything she needs.

All the carers we have now treat me with dignity and are very friendly and helpful.
I would not swap any of them. They do a fantastic job.
I would class them all as friends.
They all go above and beyond when required

Our mum has now been with Maycare for almost 8 years and the level of care Mum receives is excellent, Mum's main carer is amazing, professional, caring, thoughtful and thorough, always going the extra mile, we would be lost without her.
We have no issues with the management/office team, in fact my
brother and I very rarely have to contact them, and if we have, any question/query has been dealt with immediately.
We would have no issue in recommending Maycare as a care provider.

I would like to commend the carries and management staff who cared for my father during the month of October after he was discharged from the hospital on an end of life pathway. The carriers were kind, and thoughtful and worked with dignity for my father.

I have had several bad experiences with Maycare. I have missed several appointments, including a Covid injection and today a trip to Alton. When they failed to turn up on time I was told they could not cover the period, but the carer said she had not been told I needed an early appointment. So my husband
showered me and I waited. The carer said she would come at a certain time but she did not turn up at all. Thus I am writing this review. I am going to follow this up with my doctors who I am seeing tomorrow morning, which I have been told Maycare will not be late for, and on Friday, in order to change my agency. I did not change them before because the Carers themselves are very good.
