A family run business, which provides care and support services with in the local community. The office is based at premises in Bryant Avenue near Gallows Corner, Romford and provide services in Havering and Essex.
Home Support Services employs a team of female & male care staff, all of whom are fully trained and keen to help and meet the personal requirements of all individuals.
Home Support Services is an independent organisation accepting all sort of Service Users. HSS aims to provide first class service meets the needs of all those requiring care and support whether through illness, age, disability or in times of crisis.
Services provided:
Personal care - Carers will visit your home at agreed times during the day to assist with all aspects of daily living. This may include help with personal care—bathing, showering, dressing/undressing, meal time assistance and provide reassurance of professional care at all times. Companionship can offer relief for a main carer and company for the lonely. Shopping trips can be arranged.
Sleep-ins- If require a carer to stay with the service user overnight to give them peace of mind and reassurance, a sleep-in service is also provided. If the service user require care during the night then, HSS can provide a sitting (social inclusion) service.
Domestic work - General house cleaning, laundry, shopping.
An on-going training programme ensures that staff are kept abreast of the latest skills needed to deliver quality care. A Care Certificate course of study is established and carers must obtain this qualification prior to the commencement of employment. Staff are given an in-depth induction to the company and caring industry. Their work is supervised regularly and a monitoring system is in place to ensure the level of care provided is always of the highest quality.
