When a pair of carers really know my needs and likes/dislikes I get really good care. This is however other carers that don't do as good a job as others.

They are always happy which in turn makes me happy, nothing is too much trouble for them. Could not have had better care in this situation, which is helping me immensely. Well done Observe Care Ltd, could not manage without all your care and dedication.

Had been using this care agency for live-in care for both my parents for the past three months. Dad was the primary care recipient, with Parkinson's and Dementia. Mum had less than a quarter of care package needs, just meds and two meals, price adjustment accordingly. Carer turnover was unacceptable. Four in first eight of twelve weeks and we were let down by no management input when elderly father was hospitalised for a week, yet still charged for full services despite no offer from agency to assist us in the hospital to give Dad care. The agency nor the carer discussed how to split her services. We were left to look after Dad in the hospital alone but charged full price. The carer then left midweek when Dad returned home and no contractual cover offered, despite them notifying us three days previously. Instead advised any cover would be charged at a more expensive, additional hourly rate which we could not afford, despite full LIC charges being invoiced for. Hence official complaint. Any queries made to the manager.

Carers are polite, friendly and courteous and respond well to the demand and care of the client. Very happy with the excellent service they have provided. Thank you so much.
