SJW The Wright Care Ltd

Both my grandads use the SJW Service and it gives me great peace of mind to know they are receiving great support. The staff are friendly and always go out of their way for both my grandads. They both speak highly of the ladies that support them.

The care my mother gets is very good. Having carers now for almost 2 years has really helped me in caring for my Mum, especially at bedtime. I can relax more knowing the carers will deal with most events and will contact me if I am needed.

The care SJW gave my mum was excellent. All the staff were likeable and treated Mum with dignity. They all seemed very professional and nothing was too much trouble.

I find the care I receive is very very good, the girls treat me as a friend and with dignity.

Mum is a very proud person and the thought of care was daunting. However, after meeting and reassurance from the deputy manager from SJW, Mum decided to give it a try. Six years on they have now become part of our life. Mum loves all her girls and if ever we have asked for a change it's always been dealt with there and then.

Fantastic all round service. My father is treated with great dignity and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff.

The care my grandma has received is excellent we couldn't wish for better care the staff are so helpful and go beyond to give us all support and even go out of their way on days off to ensure we have what we need. There is always someone on the other end of the phone to chat to if we need to. It was a hard decision when discussing my grandma's care but we are all so happy we choose SJW The Wright Care Ltd thank you all and carry on the good work you are all angels.
