I have worked for Nexus for the last two years and progressed from being a part-time coordinator to managing a team of coordinators. My role within the company apart from managing the team of coordinators is to manage the rotas for our Sutton Coldfield clients and carers and to make sure the day-to-day business runs like clockwork.
