I have worked in the Healthcare industry for 10 years+ and have extensive knowledge of the industry from finance, recruitment, compliance, and sales. My role within the business is to develop and bring on new clients as well as managing all financial affairs with duties including payroll, invoicing and debt collecting. I have worked for Nexus for the last two years and progressed from being a part-time coordinator to managing a team of coordinators. I have been working in healthcare for the last 5 years, in a diverse range of industries (NHS, private, pharmaceutical), and I bring to the company a Media degree and extensive expertise in communications and problem-solving.
My role within the company apart from managing the team of coordinators is to manage the rotas for our Sutton Coldfield clients and carers and to make sure the day-to-day business runs like clockwork.
