Carers are good at following remits and are very flexible with accommodating extra necessary requirements. They have all been kind to dad and treat him, mum and myself with good humour, honesty and respect. Proactive with medical diagnoses and will contact medical professionals without delay. They
keep their Managers informed. Admin is excellent.

My mother is very happy with Nexus services. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. The girls always have a little chat with her and have now formed a nice relationship. The only negative comment is that we would like to be informed when any of her food supplies are low before they run out to give
one of the family time to replenish.

The care provider has a good relationship with our aunt; they are patient, honest and trustworthy. Nothing is too much trouble; they also have suggestions that have been very helpful. Our aunt is a very difficult lady, but all the carers keep her in their stride.

We have been using Nexus for over 12 months now for the care of my mother. In that time we have found that all management and office staff are approachable and easy to work with. The carers are very caring and considerate of my mother's needs and wishes. On the whole we are very satisfied with the

Carers are only required for social contact, not personal care. They fulfil dad's needs by having an easy-going personality, friendliness and ease of conversation. Nexus Care Services have improved the quality of life for my parents. The daily visits, the cheerfulness of most of the staff and the care they receive have made a difference to all of our lives. Yes of course there are some difficulties, the timing isn't always great but the care is fabulous!

My mum has very good service from the Nexus team. At all times they are efficient and helpful. In the 12 months, we have been using them, they have never let us down. The office staff are friendly, helpful and obliging, often helping us out at short notice for a care call for Mum. The carers do everything
we ask of them and keep a caring eye on Mum's needs. It gives us, as a family, peace of mind knowing Mum is in good hands, daily.

Nexus have been providing care for my father since November 2020 after having major surgery. As I myself live in the Channel Islands and considering current circumstances, it was very quick and easy to set up the care that my dad needed, taking a huge responsibility off my shoulders. We couldn’t have

Very impressed with the care my father-in-law is receiving. Carers and the agency will notify us immediately of concerns and regularly check with us regarding his progress and our concerns. All carers and managers/office staff are wonderful. Very caring and considerate, even though they have to put up with a lot. I know it's their job and it's what we pay for, but it does take a lot of weight off me, especially when I'm not on the doorstep. I wouldn't be without them.

I can honestly say Nexus have been the best care company I have ever been with. They listen, are willing to learn above my conditions, take time and, if time allows, will go the extra mile. The carers seem happy and it's the first time I have not heard complaining about the office staff from the carers.

Following a severe stroke, we decided to have our father home for a period of time. He needed expert nursing care. The carers we had were amazing. They took time to get to know dad and his likes and dislikes. He was a very proud man and he was treated with dignity and compassion. His every need was
met and they always turned up when they said. Nothing was too much trouble. Our experience was wonderful and would highly recommend the Nexus.

I am very pleased with the way things have developed with Nexus. They are very much better than the first carer company we tried. They are reliable and competent, and my mum is delighted with them, most particularly by the early morning cup of tea she gets with her medication. It has been very easy
to make any adjustments we needed to the care package and the communication has been excellent. I am glad we found them and happy that my mum is getting the support she needs to remain in her own home.

Nexus have been providing care for my sister on a monthly basis since March 2020. I am the family contact for her and have been liaising with her care manager and support personnel on a regular basis. Changes needed for her care and wellbeing has always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Everyone
has worked very hard to maintain a regular daily care schedule which is important to her. Requests for any change in routine are listened to carefully to make sure they understand what is required. The reply is always kind and caring, giving me no doubt they will do their best to help. In the current situation, it is not easy for them, but they never fail to provide the care needed. I am truly impressed by the genuine concern for my sister, which I hear in the voices of any of the carers and office personnel. The family all agree that my sister is having the best care possible. It is good to know that Nexus want what the family want - for my sister to be cared for and happy.

I have worked for Nexus for the last two years and progressed from being a part-time coordinator to managing a team of coordinators. I have been working in healthcare for the last 5 years, in a diverse range of industries (NHS, private, pharmaceutical), and I bring to the company a Media degree and extensive expertise in communications and problem-solving.


My role within the company apart from managing the team of coordinators is to manage the rotas for our Sutton Coldfield clients and carers and to make sure the day-to-day business runs like clockwork. My team is essentially the first point of contact for our carers and clients, so we pride ourselves on the customer service we provide, as well as on solving any urgent problems that might arise daily.
