The care provided is mostly up to the standard and the carers are very polite and inter-react nicely.
Our mother was under the care of the manager's team for the last 3.5 weeks of her life. The care, love, guidance and support all the ladies gave our entire family at this time was second to none. We asked for a team of angels and we got them. As a private lady who wanted to die at home with dignity, the team honoured mum's wishes more than we could hope. With a beautiful blend of love, a gentle touch, good humour, professionalism and expert patient handling they made mum's time as comfortable as possible allowing us to be able to enjoy personal and memorable moments with her. We not only feel the loss of our mother but also of the ladies who are now a part of our family. We can't thank you enough for your love and care and would recommend the team to anyone who is looking for angels at their hour of need. With love, from the family.
It was an honour to have such a lovely family to work with. They treated our staff with a lot of love and respect. All the ladies gave feedback that they felt like it was a huge family come together as Angelic. Angelic Healthcare Ltd is one of a kind. The owner treated my Great Gran as part of her family. She was compassionate, caring, personable and extremely friendly. Very competent and caring staff. Was impressed by the services they rendered and their caring attitude. The staff are friendly and understanding. I will recommend this company.
My husband who has mobility and sight issues and is currently receiving support from the agency who always treat him with dignity and respect. The agency is extremely reliable and always carries out all tasks to the highest standard. Communication is excellent. My husband required on one occasion an ambulance the agency stayed with him until it arrived.
