The care provided is mostly up to the standard and the carers are very polite and inter-react nicely.

Our mother was under the care of the manager's team for the last 3.5 weeks of her life. The care, love, guidance and support all the ladies gave our entire family at this time was second to none. We asked for a team of angels and we got them. As a private lady who wanted to die at home with dignity, the team honoured mum's wishes more than we could hope. With a beautiful blend of love, a gentle touch, good humour, professionalism and expert patient handling they made mum's time as comfortable as possible allowing us to be able to enjoy personal and memorable moments with her. We not only feel the loss of our mother but also of the ladies who are now a part of our family. The agency is extremely reliable and always carries out all tasks to the highest standard. Communication is excellent. My husband required on one occasion an ambulance the agency stayed with him until it arrived.
