Home Instead provides a minimum of one-hour calls. Unlike other care providers, we do not provide shorter calls at uplifted rates. This means we can pay our staff fairly and our limited team of care professionals focus on the task at hand for the full duration of their visit, never cutting calls short. Care professionals are matched with their clients, and they follow a personalised care plan tailored to each client's needs.

Home Instead Worthing has gone beyond our expectations to offer support, kindness and lots and lots of practical help for my Mum. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the team and we feel they know my mother very well and relay back to us lots of information and insight.
They have helped us through
a very difficult period with Mum with kindness and consideration - even out of hours and we can't thank them enough.

Mum was aways pleased to see the carer and said she made her laugh. She cooked Mum breakfast, made sure she was dressed and comfortable and had time to talk to Mum. There was always a written synopsis of care given.

I was very unsure which road to go down when I needed to get help for my dad who has Alzheimer's and Home Instead were recommended to me. For the last two weeks, the service they provide had been brilliant for my father. They keep notes on Dad every day so I can see how he is doing and for the first
time in months I know my dad is safe in their hands. Absolutely amazing.

I have been very impressed with the companionship service provided by the Worthing branch of Home Instead. All communications have been dealt with promptly and courteously by the management team. They have a clear understanding of the service I require for my relative and have gone out of their way
to facilitate our requirements.

I was so impressed and grateful to the manager and staff for organising care for my mother so quickly and smoothly in an emergency situation. They have been super kind, thoughtful and it has been so easy to communicate with them about my mother's needs. The care provided has been fantastic - they are
truly reliable, professional, yet really care on a personal level. For example, the manager brought my mum some flowers on Mothers Day and has gone out of her way to provide little home touches into Mum's life.
I'm so grateful to the team for helping us out at such short notice and for all the support that you've given me, alongside caring for Mum.
