Mulberry Home Care Services have been caring for my wife for almost two years and during this time I have come to have complete trust in the care they provide. My wife’s needs have changed significantly during this time and Mulberry has been able to adapt its services without any fuss to meet these
changing needs. During periods of change the support for both of us has sometimes been exceptional. The carers take a personal interest in their work and my wife looks forward to their visits, regarding them as friends. The office provides a single point of contact for all queries and is easy to deal with.

Mulberry Home Care have provided exceptional care to my husband for the past six months until his recent death. They provided our main carer regularly, with two further carers when necessary. They all gave outstanding service, arrived punctually and were cheerful at all times. The office ran smoothly,
was always manned and dealt with any queries immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Mulberry and can only wish that I had found them sooner. Many thanks to you all.

Mulberry Home Care have been extremely supportive in providing palliative care at home for my aunt.
All managers and carers have done so much to ensure my aunt's comfort and wellbeing and really supported me at a very distressing time. My aunt needed more carers and quickly this was expertly provided
and the care my aunt has received is to a very high standard, will always be grateful.

From day one I have felt reassured with the care and commitment given to my auntie. Mulberry carers are reliable, caring and work hard to ensure things are as good as they can be. Any changes to care needs are dealt with efficiently and not only does my auntie feel understood and supported I do too.
They have all been amazing through a very difficult time. I would most definitely recommend the Mulberry Home Care Services. Thank you all so much.

As a family, we have been using Mulberry Home Care Services for over 18 months now. During the beginning of the pandemic, our previous provision broke down. Seamlessly Mulberry picked up the pieces. I have been able to step back from being the overall carer to become more of a sister in the relationship
I have. Mulberry have been taking the weight off my shoulders of having the be on duty all day and every day. I trust the staff to carry out their visits on time and with care. I was kept informed throughout all the changes caused by the changing laws covering care and staff during the pandemic. Throughout the standards did not fall. I don't have to check upon them. I know that all is well because my sister is very happy with and feels genuinely cared for and listened to by the team. Particularly, with enabling my sister to visit our terminally ill mother.

What an amazing team of carers that I cannot recommend highly enough. It's like having an extending family that is caring, helpful and totally understanding. They provide a top-class service for my in-laws, who refused to have any help before these lovely people came into their lives.

Everyone is very friendly, helpful and most of all, caring. Mum often says how lovely the carers are and we as a family feel very secure in the knowledge that they are looking after Mum so well.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mulberry carers.

The service my mum receives has been so proactive and responsive. I had the smallest concern which I raised last year and it was dealt with quickly and sensitively. Throughout Covid they have managed to continue to support whilst dealing with the ongoing difficulties the pandemic has brought. Even supporting
my mum with LFTs when we couldn't get any.
When they had some concerns for my mum I was contacted personally and offered advice and support.
When my mum had a change in need recently they were able to act quickly and I have found them to give me that reassurance that Mum is safe.

Thank you Mulberry Home Care for the last 2 years of excellent care you have provided for my mother. The level of care has been exceptional at all times, including as my mothers’ dementia and Alzheimer's worsened. Right from the start, all carers managed to find ways of making my mother comfortable
and happy. If a carer was concerned about anything or saw a change in my mother they contacted me immediately. Everyone has been friendly and professional and my mother has looked forward to the twice-daily visits. Thank you also for the expert guidance and support during recent challenging times with COVID 19, my mother having 2 falls at night and a significant increase in her dementia. You’ve been flexible and responsive with new care requests as my mother’s condition deteriorated and carers have been truly remarkable in their attention and levels of support. I really appreciate this. Thank you. I cannot recommend you highly enough! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with.

A thoroughly professional and caring service provider. My elderly relatives have received a range of care during their time with Mulberry, and have been very happy with the service that has been provided for them, including tasty home-cooked food, and total sensitivity to the differing needs of a couple
in their 90s. A care plan has been delivered, with attention to personal needs, and scrupulous attention to detail. Medicines have been administered daily, as prescribed.
My relatives are now experimenting with a live-in carer, but retaining contact with Mulberry for a respite visit when the live-in carer has a break. I can recommend them without reservation.

From the first time I returned from hospital Mulberry were there to make things easier for me. The best carers (most of them) look for things that need doing rather than asking for instructions. When you're not at your best this is a huge help. Carers accompanied me (and drove me if necessary) to hospital
and chiropody appointments etc. They efficiently do a weekly shop. They are very flexible and happy to help with unusual requests (such as getting a bucket of soil and compost from the garden so I could pot up a baby spider plant). The carers are relaxed and friendly - I heartily recommend this service.

Sophia has been working for Mulberry Home Care Services for over 6 years. Sophia started her career in care as a valued member of our Home Care team and worked her way up the career ladder to the Care manager role. Sophia has undertaken her QCF in Health and Social Care level 3 and is working towards her level 5. Sophia has the Train the Trainer award in Medication and Moving and Handling.


Sophia has a great passion for people and so much compassion and empathy for the Service Users we look after.

Mercedes has over 33 years of experience in Care, 24 of which are based in the Domiciliary care sector. Mercedes started her career as a Carer working in a nursing Home for the elderly.


Mercedes has worked with a wide range of Service User groups from adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, the elderly, Dementia, end-of-life care and many other health conditions that may impact a person’s ability to manage their own Home and personal care needs. Mercedes's goals have always been to deliver a high standard of care to the Service Users and their families.

Mercedes has designed and implemented staff training to ensure staff are trained for the role they are undertaking.


Mercedes has worked with two new start-up companies and introduced policies and procedures, and training and laid down the foundations for them to continue growing and be a successful business. Both companies have grown under her leadership.

All Home Carers are DBS checked and have undergone Mulberry Home Cares' extensive induction training when they first joined the company.


All carers have business class A car insurance and are able to support our Service Users to attend social events, hospital appointments, go shopping and be part of the local community.
