Our 95 years young mum had a fall in April and over the next 4 months has needed help with washing, dressing, cooking, and other chores on a daily basis. Mulberry Home Care Services certainly came to her rescue. Every carer has been so helpful and friendly yet professional throughout. Whether on the morning or evening shift, they were always punctual, kind and good humoured. There is no doubt that the quality of the care that Mum has received has contributed to her remarkable recovery. Mum is now back to full independent living but if something similar were to happen again, the first people we'll call for help are Mulberry.

Mulberry Home Care Services have been caring for my wife for almost two years and during this time I have come to have complete trust in the care they provide. My wife’s needs have changed significantly during this time and Mulberry has been able to adapt its services without any fuss to meet these changing needs. During periods of change the support for both of us has sometimes been exceptional. The carers take a personal interest in their work and my wife looks forward to their visits, regarding them as friends. The office provides a single point of contact for all queries and is easy to deal with.

Mulberry Home Care have provided exceptional care to my husband for the past six months until his recent death. They provided our main carer regularly, with two further carers when necessary. As a family, we have been using Mulberry Home Care Services for over 18 months now. During the beginning of the pandemic, our previous provision broke down. Seamlessly Mulberry picked up the pieces. I have been able to step back from being the overall carer to become more of a sister in the relationship I have. Mulberry have been taking the weight off my shoulders of having the be on duty all day and every day. I trust the staff to carry out their visits on time and with care. I was kept informed throughout all the changes caused by the changing laws covering care and staff during the pandemic. Throughout the standards did not fall. I don't have to check upon them. I know that all is well because my sister is very happy with and feels genuinely cared for and listened to by the team. Particularly, with enabling my sister to visit our terminally ill mother.

What an amazing team of carers that I cannot recommend highly enough. It's like having an extending family that is caring, helpful and totally understanding. They provide a top-class service for my in-laws, who refused to have any help before these lovely people came into their lives.

Thank you Mulberry Home Care for the last 2 years of excellent care you have provided for my mother. The level of care has been exceptional at all times, including as my mothers’ dementia and Alzheimer's worsened. Right from the start, all carers managed to find ways of making my mother comfortable and happy. If a carer was concerned about anything or saw a change in my mother they contacted me immediately. Everyone has been friendly and professional and my mother has looked forward to the twice-daily visits. Thank you also for the expert guidance and support during recent challenging times with COVID 19, my mother having 2 falls at night and a significant increase in her dementia. You’ve been flexible and responsive with new care requests as my mother’s condition deteriorated and carers have been truly remarkable in their attention and levels of support. Mulberry Home Care Services come to help my live-in carer 3 times a day. The ladies were very caring and were brilliant. I would definitely recommend them.

I am very satisfied with the service, always on time. Pleasant people, friendly! No complaints!

My relatives are now experimenting with a live-in carer, but retaining contact with Mulberry for a respite visit when the live-in carer has a break. I can recommend them without reservation.
