Can't begin to express my gratitude enough. The service and level of care were exceptional and really made a difference to our lives. The staff were well trained, supportive and showed a real level of compassion in her final hrs.

Overall Experience

I am very grateful for, and happy with, the care provided by Integral Care. The team that look after my mum are lovely. They keep me updated regularly and are supportive in arranging contact with district nurses etc, if required. This is invaluable to me as I live over 200 miles from mum. I have regular communication from both the care team and the office, and everyone I speak to is helpful and friendly. Most importantly, mum is happy and well cared for.

I've had some really great and some really upsetting experiences with Integral but mostly it's been as expected.
For 90% the continuity of staff has been exactly what i needed. The same two, friendly and positive, carers all week. The other 10% would have been ok had the company's communication skills been improved. Not knowing who was coming or told of changes in staff or times didn't help my anxiety.
Whilst the following was distressing, the management team apologised, rectified the situations and made further changes too: members of the team, at separate times, circumvented my independence/ autonomy, my wishes and what was necessary. They ignored what i said, continued to do things their way and even went further which completely diminished me and my independence. It significantly improved after i spoke to management.

I get on with my usual carers very well and am grateful for all their help both in personal care and with the household/kitchen.

Overall Experience
Both of my parents-in-law are receiving a care package from yourselves. I am writing to thank you for there kindness, reliability and professionalism to show how they have improved my parents quality of life and helping them stay put in there home.

They always keep me updated with any health issues that may arise, and give me plenty of notice to reorder prescriptions for them. Both of my parents in law are very happy and pleased with the excellent service of care you are providing

My father received care for a couple of years. Service and care was excellent . Staff always communicated well with family and treated my father with great dignity and respect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my father was given the best care.

Overall Experience

In February 2025, my Dad was discharged from hospital to return home on end of life care with a life expectancy at the time of 8 weeks. He originally had 2 carers visiting 4 times a day but this was quickly changed to 24 hour care. He had a team of regular carers, who always treated Dad with patience, kindness and dignity. They got to know him well, encouraged him at meal times, and even managed a few laughs along the way. The communication received from them was exceptional. They always had Dad's best interests at heart. I belief that due to the quality of care Dad received, he remained with us until June 2025 when he passed away peacefully.

My mother and I are both very happy with the care that we receive from the Individuals that take care of her needs in the morning visit and evening. The carers are looking out for her and keeping her spirits up and always ask if there is anything more could do.

Overall Experience
Initially it was hard for Mum to adjust to needing support after a terminal illness diagnosis - but the staff at Integral Care listened to all our worries and they gently and respectfully became part of Mum's daily routine. Taking time to get to know Mum as a person, her values, building trust and reassurance. Mum was gently supported, her independence encouraged, her voice was heard and she was always treated with dignity and respect.
Communication with carers and office staff was welcomed. We were able to check on the phone app to view reports from both carers after each visit. We could easily speak with carers and staff if we had any worries.

Mum eventually needed live-in care in the final weeks. The level of care Mum received from everyone involved was exemplary and we simply could not have managed without them. We will forever remember the genuine compassion, care and support we received as a family, and the sunshine the wonderful carers brought to those difficult days x

So my 95 year old mum finally needed some assistance, we were unsure what to expect given some of the reports of care agencies standard. We were lucky to have been allocated Integral they have proved to be fantastic. The staff are professional and caring so win win. This company comes highly recommended to use.

My mum had your carers whilst she had cancer, they were kind caring and trustworthy. They gave my mum dignity and care right to the very end. They supported dad by just talking to him. Sadly my mum has passed away, but with your care, mum was able to pass away peacefully at home as this was her wish. Thank you to all.

Overall Experience

Integral have cared for my severely disabled son for over two years now. Their professionalism has always been foremost and the support and care has been outstanding. Working together with our family they really got to know my son and his ways although being non verbal their patience and willingness to learn and understand him has been brilliant. Always friendly, helpful and reliable and flexible too when hours have had to be adjusted due to different care needs or appointments. I cannot sing their praises or thank them enough that their care has been incredible giving our family a much needed break and confidence that my son was in the best care possible.

Overall Experience

Superb communication and well-thought-through solutions to my father's home-care needs after a prolonged stay in hospital. The care staff were caring, polite and considerate and the coordinator who oversaw my father's care package was helpful and sympathetic.

Overall Experience

Exceptional carers they have gone above and beyond to help me with my housework and supported me emotionally when I have been in severe pain or just having a challenging day. My carer was very supportive of my back re-prolapse. She has comforted me in tears and I have always felt less stressed after she has been. She listens and has a lot of much-needed empathy! The boys who were helping my son's school routine in the mornings were also fantastic. He never failed to get in the taxi for school! He went above and beyond to support my son one day a week.

Although my wife was with you for a short while, the carers were very good. They were polite, wore the PPE and arrived on time. We like that the same carers came for the three visits in the day and sometimes they came two days running. Overall the experience was very good. Thank you.
