Management swung from very caring to non-committal. Staff were foreign, apart from three trainers. English was often difficult to understand. Sometimes staff appeared not to have enough training and/or were not confident.
On the whole, they were kind and considerate.

We pride ourselves in diversity and do not discriminate. As such, we have a diverse team from different cultures and backgrounds but the one thing they share in common which cannot be trained is compassion. Our carers care and work diligently in accordance to the required care standards.

Several bad experiences - no idea about simple things.
I have two good carers at the moment - natural carers and do not have any worries. Very thoughtful and helpful. Wish I could have them every day.

I found the carers to be extremely helpful and very good with my mum. They conversed with her, although I don't think she could hear them, but they still spoke to her kindly and respectfully.
The senior carer was very knowledgeable and carried out her job professionally and effectively.

Professionalism from the very start (my initial assessment). The assessors were kind and friendly and gave a very thorough assessment. I felt that all my needs were fully understood and catered for. All the carers that I have met so far are clearly trained to a very high level. Their service has been

The patient originally did not want help or support, but after a few days of receiving support, he is happy and comfortable with his care. In his words, they are brilliant. When visiting him, he is clean and well dressed, the house is clean too, and they have been cooking for his tastes at the time.
They are giving him the dignity he deserves.

I recently broke my knee which resulted in my stay in hospital for 2 weeks. When I came out of the hospital at 78 years old I needed help so careers we sent from Integral Care Solutions Ltd. As a retired nurse, I can honestly say I have received excellent care throughout. I cannot fault these carers
who have treated me with great kindness, professionalism and dignity. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Your teams taking care of my husband were very kind and considerate to my husband and me. Especially at the end when he passed away. They also called in one more time that day to make sure that I was alright which was very kind. They were always quick but thorough and gentle with my husband.
