Although my wife was with you for a short while, the carers were very good. They were polite, wore the PPE and arrived on time. We like that the same carers came for the three visits in the day and sometimes they came two days running. Overall the experience was very good. Thank you.

I cannot recommend integral care highly enough. Our dad was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer, which unfortunately meant he was bed-bound for the last couple of months of his life. The care, attention and dignified way in which all of the carers looked after Dad is something we shall forever be grateful for. We trusted them completely and had very regular communication with them. Thank you to all of the team at Integral Care Solutions.

Professionalism from the very start (my initial assessment). The assessors were kind and friendly and gave a very thorough assessment. I felt that all my needs were fully understood and catered for. All the carers that I have met so far are clearly trained to a very high level. Their service has been on time and efficient. They have all treated me with kindness and respect. Nice to chat with as well!
Integral Care Solutions have been assisting my husband with his daily care since Jun 2022. In our opinion, the care and attention to detail have been exemplary and outstanding, plus we wouldn't be here without their assistance.
The patient originally did not want help or support, but after a few days of receiving support, he is happy and comfortable with his care. In his words, they are brilliant. When visiting him, he is clean and well dressed, the house is clean too, and they have been cooking for his tastes at the time. They are giving him the dignity he deserves.
From day one, the care and carers have been outstanding. I cannot say enough about them. My life was made to be cared for, and I was and still am. Nothing but admiration for them. I appreciate everything they do for me.
