We have been most impressed by the standard and quality of care which has been administered by staff members. They are always punctual and friendly with a pleasant manner and, more importantly, with respect for the client. We would certainly recommend Integral Care Solutions.

The team that look after me are dedicated and are willing to do all I ask of them. They are both friendly and professional they share a laugh and a joke between us and makes me feel more confident of the team. This with a smart appearance and a smile.

16-18th Feb 2021 - Following a stay in hospital our Mum came home for end of life care, during the 48hrs we had 4 visits per day from your staff and each time they came they were very professional. Each visit they checked to see how things were, did we have what we needed and how were we. They showed
a very high level of dignity to our Mum, providing the care element to allow us to spend the last 48hrs with her as family not carers. On their 1st visit they commented that she seemed agitated, and advised us to call the charity nurse (without which we would have waited), this then helped get the ball rolling for other services like District Nurse. Each visit was a pleasure to have them here. The different staff introduced themselves to us. All staff members were pleasant, cheerful and very aware of making the time we had as easy as they could. We are extremely grateful to them all, and can only say a massive thank you to you all.

As my wife's brain tumour progressed and it became clear I could no longer manage by myself to care for her, ICS came to my rescue. Four times a day a team would arrive in full PPE and gently with dignity look after her. I will always remember their kindness and recommend them without reservation. Thank

I have found the carers very competent, caring, kind and tolerant. Because of my husband's illness, he is sometimes quite abrupt but they handle him with dignity and kindness all the time.

I was wary when I was told that I would need care when I left. I cannot fault the care given. On-time, polite, helpful and cheery. Nothing is too much trouble. Seldom change of carers. The CQC rating should be good.

Integral Care have been looking after my mother for over 2 years. They have provided exceptional quality of care, great communication with the family and have been friendly and caring at all times. During the past few weeks, they have provided the lifeline for us to help cope with the final stage of
her life. From the office staff to all the carers they are amazing and we couldn't have managed without them. Highly recommended.

My husband was discharged home in March after 9 months in a neuro rehabilitation hospital. The carers have been coming each day since. They do an excellent job and my husband looks forward to seeing them, they are kind, compassionate and respectful.
They are happy to accommodate his ever-changing needs
as he improves and are genuinely concerned if there are any new health issues.
I have only managed to support my husband at home with their help, or home wouldn’t have been an option.

The care and compassion given to my wife, who was bedridden was second to none. She had 24/7 care that was outstanding in every way. Our carer went out of her way to ensure my wife was comfortable and the care given was absolutely fantastic. Thank you.

The carers who are delivering care to my father are of an exceptional standard. In particular, two members of staff have been caring, compassionate, and always make a concerted effort to keep my father comfortable during this extremely difficult time. All of the carers have been fantastic, too many
to name individually. I was surprised at the standard to which they perform and have been delighted at the relationship they have struck with my father so quickly. The rapport is easily observable, and my father looks forward to the carer visits. I am surprised by the CQC rating and would have thought it should have been outstanding as given the care I have witnessed is easily identifiable as of an extremely high standard.
I cannot thank the carers enough.

We were lucky enough to receive care from the Integral Care team when my husband was bed-bound with end stages of Parkinson's Disease. Every team member was so kind and thoughtful, but equally professional and efficient. My husband was able to relate to them and have a little joke as well as benefitting
from their care and experience. My daughter's and I cannot thank them enough for their care of my husband in his final hours.

This company has been looking after a relative in Northampton since the end of January 2019. My husband and I do visit fairly regularly, although we live approximately 170 miles away, but obviously this has not been possible due to the current pandemic. My relative does have health issues, both mental
and physical, and she can present challenging behaviour at times. However, I really do appreciate the care afforded to her by this company, and I am confident the carers are all doing their best throughout this difficult time. The staff I have met during our visits are all lovely, and they are definitely "on the ball". If anything is wrong, they quickly alert the relevant authority, whether it be the doctor, district nurse or the paramedics. I have every confidence in this company, and I am really pleased they are giving my relative the support needed.
