I am very happy with all of the care I am receiving from the girls, they have very nice personalities and are always happy to chat as they work. I am asked every day if I want them to do anything else for me.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm glad you enjoy the girls" company. They enjoy chatting with you as well.
Staff always on time, polite and caring always happy to help. Excellent service.
Thank you very much for the kind words. The carers really enjoy your company.
Wonderful level of service, flexibility and attention to detail for my elderly parents. Always accommodative, take the time and effort to explain changes and have been invaluable sources of information regarding a) what we should be doing b) how we can do it c) assisting in organising of tasks where required.
We've been using Comfort Care at Home for over 3 years and could not be more happy with this company. They are always really proactive - always thinking about the very best thing for mum. They go over and above. Communication is really good, they are fully integrated into our family routine. They have also been so helpful in getting the right support and attention from other health and elderly services. Completely recommend using Comfort Care at Home!
Thank you for the kind words. Our team feel part of the family too! We love caring for your mum and are grateful for all the support we get from you and the family.
My father was reluctant to accept help but he was willing to give home care a try and the support of the carers rapidly won him over. They have supported him with skill and good humour, whilst also helping me to be more aware of what they can get involved in and what I can do, so they are actually supporting the whole family as we learn to cope.
Thank you for the lovely feedback. It has been a real pleasure to support your dad, and we are glad we could offer advice and guidance to the family too. Thank you.
Mum has been with Comfort Care At Home for several years and the service has always been very good. All carers are professional, caring and nothing to much. I have no hesitation in recommending Comfort Care At Home.
Thank you for the kind words. Your mum is a pleasure to look after. She's funny, kind and a real gem.
Comfort Care At Home has provided exceptional support to my grandmother over the last year. Staff have consistently been professional, compassionate & attentive. They always took time to talk to and listen to her. They helped create an environment where she felt safe, comfortable & respected in her own home. The team has been reliable & their training & expertise became increasingly valuable as her needs grew. They were genuinely kind and pleasant people to have around, bringing a warm and positive energy into the house. I would highly recommend their services to others.
Thank you so much for the lovely words. Your grandmother was a kind woman and always treated the team with respect. It was an honour to celebrate her 100th birthday this year. Thank you for trusting us with her care.
From the very first meeting Comfort Care at Home showed the greatest care and expertise. Shamsah Lalji and her team are without a doubt the best care providers that my Mother had and she unfortunately had quite a few following many stays in hospital and many bad experiences. It is very difficult to make a decision when there are so many care providers. As soon as Comfort Care took over I knew that Mum was in good hands. You feel as if you are part of a family. There are no fancy apps; no box- ticking; no time-filling or clock watching. There is the simplest social media group dedicated to the person being looked after with direct communication with all concerned. No need to phone switchboards or leave unanswered messages. You can see that the carers know what they are doing. They are experienced. They are gentle. They REALLY care. The whole team followed Mum very closely and looked after everything from medication to hygiene and meals. My only regret is that I didn't meet them before.
I cannot praise the team at Comfort Care at Home enough. The care provided was of the highest order. They were also an immense help both to my uncle and myself over a sustained period of time. My grateful thanks go to the whole team.
I needed help at very short notice and was accommodated swiftly and efficiently. I was tended to by three carers, all of whom were excellent and made me feel at ease. There is no more that needs to be said !
Thank you for the kind words. The team enjoyed your company, even if you only needed temporary support. We wish you all the best.
My mother has 3 care visits a day. There are no issues with time keeping etc. My mother is no doubt challenging in wanting to hold on to as much control/independence as possible so the care team have to do a balancing act - respect mum but also ensure she gets the care she needs - they are very good at this.
They always show kindness, gentleness, and immense patience. Their friendly demeanour makes every interaction a pleasure, and they're also incredibly supportive, always willing to lend a hand and share their helpful advice.
Thank you for taking the share your thoughts. We appreciate the kind words.
My sister has received help from Comfort Care at Home for several years. She is so grateful for the carers' visits as they are not only helpful with the daily tasks she finds challenging, but they are kind and give her autonomy. As someone with Asbergers syndrome my sister can be trying to say the least, but they are patient and always helpful. The carers are very well trained, they are punctual and polite and always let her know if they might be a bit late. The management team is also superb and they go out of their way to ensure that my sister's needs are met. She phones them constantly for minor problems in her life and they show endless patience with her frequent calls . I cannot recommend them highly enough
Thank you for the kind words. It's a pleasure caring for your sister. She has a heart of gold and is always grateful for the support that we provide.
Our ability to enhance mum's quality of life has been increased due to the suggestions and empathy that the carers provide. Mum wouldn't survive independent living without them!!
Thank you for sharing. Our team love seeing your mum each morning. She is always laughing and in a great mood. A true gem to care for.
The management team and carers are always very helpful and considerate to our mother, consistently providing reliable dependable service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones
Thank you for the kind words. It is a pleasure caring for your mum. She is so witty, clever and has a great sense of humour. The team really love visiting her.
The care provided has made such a difference to the whole family. My dad seems to be more alert than he has been for a long time. It's reassuring to know that a trained carer is looking out for him and will report back to us any changes in his health. I can also see a big difference in my mum's health who was struggling with the responsibility. The communication between us and the carers is amazing. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs care.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It means a lot to the team. Your parents are so lovely, and the carers really enjoy visiting them.
The provider always communicates with the family regarding any concerns that the carer has about the client. We appreciate the continual contact. The carers are attentive. Easy to get in touch with the provider at any time. Professional.
Thank you for the lovely feedback. It is a pleasure to visit your mum.
I am happy with my carers and I am very happy with the service I get. Since I have been having them my confidence has grown, I would worry about walking but they take me out every week. Always willing to help me with any housework and appointments I might have.
Thank you for the lovely feedback. It is great for the team to see the impact they have had on your confidence levels. They really enjoy visiting you.
A highly professional service provided by an excellent team. Communication with the family is first class and the agency acts with real care and concern. We are also greatly assisted by the agency liaising with healthcare providers. Overall, an excellent standard of care.
Thank you for trusting us with the care of your mother and for allowing us to liaise with all healthcare professionals directly. We appreciate it.
We have known Comfort Care for a number of years now. The service has been outstanding throughout. Both the management and the fully trained team of carers are empathetic and professional when working with our mother who has complex needs. We truly appreciate the detail of care that is shown on a regular basis. The warmth and kindness of all the carers is something that shines through on each care visit. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
Thank you for the lovely feedback. We appreciate the trust you put in us. Your mum is very kind and sweet.

What inspired me to found Comfort Care At Home®? I grew up in a household living with my grandmother and an aunt who had certain physical disabilities. I witnessed the importance of home care professionals first-hand and the impact they had on my family’s quality of life and peace of mind. My personal experience helped me shape what high-quality care should be: from the caring and kind-hearted staff we recruit to the standards to which we work. I wanted to help older people live happily and safely in their own homes longer, and this is why I launched my company.
I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I have worked for a number of years in the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in conditions and diseases many older people are living with, such as diabetes, nutrition disorders, cancers, and many more. I am a Dementia Friends Ambassador and committed to making a positive difference to people living with dementia.
I have always enjoyed being involved in the community, from volunteering to raising money for charities. I was appointed as a Trustee for Re-Engage, a charity that works within communities to end social isolation and loneliness in older people.
I joined the company recently as the Digital Marketing and Office Assistant. I completed a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design and was initially hired to devise and implement the digital marketing strategy. I have taken on additional responsibilities such as finding kind and caring staff to join our team and supporting the office team with administrative tasks.
I have a huge passion for the art of writing; I have written content for charities along with a radio station. I believe that knowledge is power, and this is why I am writing two children’s books to encourage young minds to read and be critical thinkers.
Seeing the impact that Comfort Care At Home® has in the local community, I decided to undergo training to be a Care Professional along with my other roles within the company. I enjoy working with such a supportive and fun team and embrace the goal of the company to put a smile on people’s faces.
