I am very happy with all of the care I am receiving from the girls, they have very nice personalities and are always happy to chat as they work. I am asked every day if I want them to do anything else for me.

Staff always on time, polite and caring always happy to help. Excellent service.

My father was reluctant to accept help but he was willing to give home care a try and the support of the carers rapidly won him over. They have supported him with skill and good humour, whilst also helping me to be more aware of what they can get involved in and what I can do, so they are actually supporting the whole family as we learn to cope.

From the very first meeting Comfort Care at Home showed the greatest care and expertise. Shamsah Lalji and her team are without a doubt the best care providers that my Mother had and she unfortunately had quite a few following many stays in hospital and many bad experiences. It is very difficult to make a decision when there are so many care providers. As soon as Comfort Care took over I knew that Mum was in good hands. You feel as if you are part of a family. There are no fancy apps; no box- ticking; no time-filling or clock watching. There is the simplest social media group dedicated to the person being looked after with direct communication with all concerned. No need to phone switchboards or leave unanswered messages. You can see that the carers know what they are doing. They are experienced. They are gentle. They REALLY care. The whole team followed Mum very closely and looked after everything from medication to hygiene and meals. My only regret is that I didn't meet them before.

I cannot praise the team at Comfort Care at Home enough. The care provided was of the highest order. They were also an immense help both to my uncle and myself over a sustained period of time. My grateful thanks go to the whole team.

I needed help at very short notice and was accommodated swiftly and efficiently. I was tended to by three carers, all of whom were excellent and made me feel at ease. There is no more that needs to be said !

My mother has 3 care visits a day. There are no issues with time keeping etc. My mother is no doubt challenging in wanting to hold on to as much control/independence as possible so the care team have to do a balancing act - respect mum but also ensure she gets the care she needs - they are very good at this.

They always show kindness, gentleness, and immense patience. Their friendly demeanour makes every interaction a pleasure, and they're also incredibly supportive, always willing to lend a hand and share their helpful advice.

My sister has received help from Comfort Care at Home for several years. She is so grateful for the carers' visits as they are not only helpful with the daily tasks she finds challenging, but they are kind and give her autonomy. As someone with Asbergers syndrome my sister can be trying to say the least, but they are patient and always helpful. The carers are very well trained, they are punctual and polite and always let her know if they might be a bit late. The management team is also superb and they go out of their way to ensure that my sister's needs are met. She phones them constantly for minor problems in her life and they show endless patience with her frequent calls . I cannot recommend them highly enough

Our ability to enhance mum's quality of life has been increased due to the suggestions and empathy that the carers provide. Mum wouldn't survive independent living without them!!

The care provided has made such a difference to the whole family. My dad seems to be more alert than he has been for a long time. It's reassuring to know that a trained carer is looking out for him and will report back to us any changes in his health. I can also see a big difference in my mum's health who was struggling with the responsibility. The communication between us and the carers is amazing. I am happy with my carers and I am very happy with the service I get. Since I have been having them my confidence has grown, I would worry about walking but they take me out every week. Always willing to help me with any housework and appointments I might have.
