My mother and I were very pleased with the service provided by Comfort Care At Home. The staff are very accommodating and flexible. The managers did a first-rate assessment of my mum’s needs, and this was revised as those needs changed. It truly was person-centred. Staff were kind and very helpful and very respectful. There was excellent communication between myself and the managers if changes were made from the original care plan. They absolutely responded to Mum’s requests to do tasks in a particular way she wanted. I would most certainly recommend Comfort Care At Home.

The manager and the team at Comfort Care At Home provided excellent and caring support to my mum at home after she decided she needed some extra help due to her failing eyesight. What I really appreciated about the care my mum received from her carers was the initial assessment that looked at exactly what kind and how much care my mum would need, and the very professional checks and measures put in place to ensure that Mum was very much in the driver's seat of her ongoing care. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for care at home for an elderly relative.

The care provided is excellent and of a high standard. The team take the time to get to know the individual client to ensure that the right care is provided. Arranging care for a family member is a difficult decision but the team puts everyone at ease and nothing is ever too much trouble. Wonderful care for my mum in her last few months. The care team are reliable, kind, incredibly trustworthy and a joy to have in our home. They were incredibly supportive at a very difficult time for our family, which included my dad of 91 who was losing his wife of 65 years and my children. So many generations to deal with, other than my Mum who had complex health care issues. Great care for my mum in her last few months. As I was so happy with the care my mum received with we are using them again and they are as great as ever. They now provide companionship care for my father who has Alzheimer’s. I am working from home and just don’t have the time to give him the attention he needs.

If I may not use names how can I say how happy and pleased I am with care supplied by the young lady who looked after my wife (mornings assistance washing, dressing, breakfast etc.) until she moved into a nursing home in August 2020.

The service supplied is excellent. My parents have the same carer every week which is great and she is very good and they like her very much. The support provided by the Director is also excellent. She gets involved proactively and helped navigate the care system effectively. She is always very helpful, friendly and professional.

This agency looked after my father for the last 18 months of his life and made a huge difference to his welfare in that period. All of the team demonstrated considerable patience, care and understanding with his deteriorating condition and needs. They also made a big difference for my mother who was becoming less able to look after my father. Communication with the team was excellent throughout and it was a massive relief to know that my father was in such good, professional hands.

This agency has been looking after my Mum for almost 15 months over which time they have always been punctual, courteous and respectful. My mother has dementia and needs a little bit more prompting in some areas, and the staff have always been very patient and understanding. I like this company very much. All the carers are very kind to me and I especially like the fact that they are punctual. If they are ever running late they will always let me know so that I don't feel worried. They help me with personal care and medication. I really like chatting with them and hearing about their families.

I only have praise for this care agency. The manager and carers are excellent at keeping me informed of any issues that arise. They are proactive, they take my uncle to hospital and doctor appointments, contact and chase the doctors and pharmacy on his behalf as well as performing intimate care needs and cook meals. They go the extra mile and really care about him as an individual.
