I am very happy with the service I receive from My Homecare Bexley & Greenwich, the carers have always done their best to accommodate my needs. I am very happy with their management. I am very happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking for care in this area. I would like to thank all the carers

I am extremely grateful to the staff and carers of My Homecare to look after myself and my needs. All the carers are excellent, they deliver carer to my expectations and are very caring and punctual. They always listen to what I have to say. I am very happy with the quality of the care being provided.

My Homecare were simply amazing. They supported my Mother-in-law during her final weeks following a brain tumour diagnosis. As my Mother-in-law's needs changed as her condition progressed, the care team were proactive to ensure she remained comfortable and protected her dignity and independence at all
times.


All staff were well-presented and professional, yet personal and compassionate. The team also provided wellbeing and emotional support to the entire family. We were supported by the care management team and branch manager too. Nothing was too much trouble. Visits were on time and we had a dedicated team who were confident and well trained.


I would highly recommend this agency. Outstanding care.

Both members of staff have been very polite and helpful. They have connected with my husband and he has been happier especially this week when I didn't have any issues with him not co-operating when I wanted something done. They have known not to push him to do something that he didn't want to do.

I came across this care agency after my mother had been in hospital following a fall. I cannot explain the pressure and stress they took out of the situation by having consistent carers that arrived at consistent times. The staff are all polite, caring and extremely professional. The carers are very
gentle and patient with my mother and leave your house in exactly the state it was when they arrived. I have to say the carers kitchen skills are a cut above anything I’ve experienced before. If you need some stress being alleviated in the home then this is the care agency for you. I can’t rate them highly enough.
