My home care staff are very professional and caring. They have been caring for 2 members of our family for over a year and we are very happy with the service. I am not sure if it is good value for money in relation to other providers but we are happy with current costs and our main focus was more about getting the right care company for our loved ones.

During all the time I have been looked after by the carers of My Homecare I have found them to be compliant and caring. The carer who is looking after myself and my wife at present has been for the last few months is extremely caring and was efficient in all her duties towards us.

The carers are excellent, very professional, and always helpful without being intrusive. They are respectful of my own ability and know when I require assistance.

I like the fact that I have met all the managers, and administrators, and my carers are usually limited to 1 or 2 where possible. My carers care polite and friendly and treat me with respect. They are also very reliable and I know I will receive the care appointments every day.

During all the time I have been looked after by the carers of My Homecare I have found compliant and caring. The carer who is looking after myself and my husband at present is very efficient in all her duties towards us.

The three carers who attend to my elderly parents are so caring, kind, and compassionate, they are now like part of our family. They truly know Mum and Dad's little quirks and know how to deal with them in the best possible way.

I think what the carers do they are extremely professional. They make a very bad time in our lives more bearable. Nothing is too much trouble. We can't thank them enough for their care and thoughtfulness. They are wonderful, caring and professional people.

Through good times and bad, the management have been both professional and sympathetic.

The team which have cared for my uncle have been absolutely fantastic. Assisting to all his care needs. All the people have been very caring and friendly. We are very pleased with the care he received. Thank you.

The help and support the carers give is excellent, kind, considerate, supporting and very often go that extra mile. Exceptionally patient and always take time to engage with me. I see them more as friends than carers. Management are excellent too. Always willing to adapt as needs dictate with great efficiency. We're certainly pleased we chose My Homecare.

Having never arranged care for anyone in family, it came as a challenge to set it up for my father-in-law. In what I could call a sort of emergency, we needed an agency to start quickly and correctly execute our requirements. We struggled as most agencies could not provide carers. Having read some of their reviews, I called their office. It was such a relief as they answered all that I needed clarity on. In a chat and over a cup of coffee, all information on our care needs was gathered by them. What a relief. And so was it for my father-in-law. He settled very well with carers as soon as we started. Father-in-law calls the office and speaks with them when he needs to get any additional information or request changes. Very pleased, and can say the weight lifted off my shoulder. I recommend them without any doubt.

We would especially like to mention one member of staff in particular as she has attended most often. She lights up the whole house with her care, enthusiasm and has many interesting stories to tell.

We were let down by number of providers locally and it was not easy to find the right care for months for my mum. After months of struggling to care for my mother, we contacted My Homecare Bexley & Greenwich to help care at the times we could no longer care. From the very beginning, they were extremely understanding of our situation and suggested ideas we had never thought of, there was consistency with care, same carers were mostly visiting, they knew the needs, they have been extremely helpful to my father who is also not so well. They remained excellent throughout, and we could not have been happier with the care they provided, particularly during my mum's final days. The manager was easy to reach out to and was very actively involved when changes were suggested by the family, we took them on for my dad as well after Mum passed away and now has a live-in poc, we are very happy with them. From the onset, we found the carers and staff very helpful in accommodating our needs for my mum. The team delivering the care were professional, caring and very helpful, and with their help and care, we managed to keep my mother in her house and she is only getting better. They all are just brilliant, wonderful and extremely passionate and often have spent time with mum in the garden and do not worry about the time. I live far away, so travelling to put arrangements in place wasn't possible for me. Correspondence with My Homecare was very clear. I was provided with all the details on assessment, fees and care set up in a timely manner. I was subsequently offered feedback which kept me very assured. We are very grateful to the whole team of My Homecare Bexley & Greenwich to support my father who has very advanced stages of dementia. The carers are absolutely great, really look after my dad, there is staff consistency, they are always on time, very caring and are never in rush. The office staff is very supportive and prompt in answering the calls. All our requests have always been dealt with utmost priority. I highly recommend this agency to everyone. We have struggled to find the right care agency for the last four years and have had various agencies who are not so professional, not punctual, no consistency, cut corners and the staff knows nothing about dementia.
