From start to finish the manager and the team could not have provided our mum with better care. They were professional, caring, understanding, hard-working and completely understood and met Mum's needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing! Due to my Mum's quick deterioration, we only got to know them for a week but they were fantastic - two members of staff especially. Both were caring, thoughtful and above all, at all times, professional. Not only did they care brilliantly for my mum but they also cared for me too when I was having a ‘tearful’ day. They always went above and beyond and it meant so much to us all seeing them both at my mum's funeral. I would definitely recommend Home Instead.

We are so grateful to Home Instead for the excellent care they have provided for my mother who has dementia. That have often provided this care at short notice. I live over 100 miles away and knowing someone is visiting and caring for my mother on a regular and professional basis is essential. The app is great for checking up on her. The carers are amazing too and my mum loves them.

Everyone was very helpful and kind supporting my mum and dad ensuring they were both really well looked after as my father peacefully died. We were all helped during this sad time. The team were able to add extra support when needed

We met the deputy manager before when we were looking for care for another relative and decided that we would use Home Instead when the need arose for my parents-in-law. She was clear, friendly, helpful, reassuring and managed the whole process extremely well. We liked the carers who came on the previous occasions and are looking forward to working with them again.

My dad has support from Home Instead and I can honestly say they have changed his life. They have built him up after his stroke and giving him his confidence and independence back. He gets on well with the CAREGivers and they are matched to his needs and personality, he trusts them and that helps him push himself to do more, especially with his exercises. He enjoys getting out when we can with the covid rules, I know they will keep him safe and have a great time.

The 3 carers involved with my mum have been excellent. It's not been easy with Mum as she's very strong-willed and wouldn't always let carers do what they need with her. However, the carers have been very patient with her and let Mum go at her pace to accepting them in her daily life. It's taken a while but Mum is getting there. The carers are loving and caring towards Mum. I can't fault them as I know it's not easy with my mum because she's always been strong-willed, which has got worse with dementia/Alzheimers. Thank you all - we really appreciate you all.

All the carers that helped us care for my dad during the last few weeks of his life provided excellent care and made a big difference in the quality of life for my dad. I can not thank them enough.

Makes me a cup of tea as her first job. Cleans the kitchen up if necessary and mops the floor, then goes upstairs and mops the bathroom floor. Sit and chats for the rest of the time, which is nice as I don't see many people.

We have been very happy with the support given to my parents during their visits. Staff always were pleasant and helpful in their home. Mum was always treated with dignity and respect as she faced her own challenges. Always a smiling face greeted her and supported her feelings. Wouldn't hesitate to call again if we needed care.

The "time off", we as carers are now able to take has helped to restore a healthier life balance. As such, our time spent with mum and dad is once more as it should be - thank you.

Dad is delighted with the care and support he gets. It has made such a difference to his life. From my point of view, I can relax knowing Dad has extremely professional carers coming in most mornings. His carers show initiative, common sense and most importantly a sense of humour.

Cannot fault the care, help and service given to my mother after coming home after a lengthy spell in hospital. Regular carers known to my mum, always on times arranged, willing to do a variety of jobs, chores to aid her. Very organised, professional and customers interests all a priority.

The lady who helped me was really nice and kind. She helped me shower and wash. We had a laugh together.
