Jaysh Care Services

Jaysh Care have been taking excellent care of my mother for the past 18 months. The team are dutiful, kind and friendly. My mother looks forward to their visits and her mental disposition has improved dramatically. I am lucky as I live nearby and we have a note system to communicate each other's needs e.g running out of a product or letting the team know the hairdresser is coming.

Apart from problems with times being changed, we have had good service. The carers are friendly and helpful and are quick to learn once shown what is needed.

Happy that Jaysh Care has been able to step in and help with my family member. They have been very accommodating in trying to send the same ones so as to not have too much change which is very appreciated. I would recommend this agency.

Although I haven't been with Jaysh long I've found the carers very friendly and very helpful. The service they provide is good, and very welcome.

I can highly recommend a particular member of staff from Jayesh Care Services who took care of my grandmother in her final weeks. She provided dignified round-the-clock care for my grandmother in her own home that allowed all of her close family to spend time with her before she passed. Despite being away from her own family, she remained genuinely caring and selfless until the end. My family and I will always remain grateful for her kindness and support in those difficult final weeks.

My father and I are both delighted with the service we receive from Jaysh Care. One carer seems to be permanently on hand to support us and copes with short notice changes and is generally a big help. All the men my father has to help him are kind, careful, professional and really helpful and we have no criticisms of the service provided.

My mother is very happy with the team who come to give her care. She looks forward to their visits. She tries her best to retain her independence but is becoming very forgetful, the team are familiar with her and her accommodation and gets on and does what needs doing. I live quite a distance from her so it is reassuring that she has regular daily care.

Fantastic care for mum with dementia for over a year. They feed, wash and look after her 4 times a day. Staff show care and respect and they respond quickly with any queries. I have recommended to a close friend whose care was not sufficient. Thank you all

We were so pleased with the care provided by these lovely people during my father's last few weeks. They were so kind to him and it was a pleasure to have them come to the house to help us. We would highly recommend them.

Jaysh Care have been fantastic. At very short notice they stepped in following a sudden change of circumstances to provide a succession of lovely carers to help look after my mother at home whilst my father was in hospital. This included providing a wonderful live-in carer. Frankly, I do not know what we would have done without them. They helped me and my family get through a very difficult time. I cannot thank them enough.
