Normally the care company perform well but fail to notify if there are problems and we are left querying what is happening.
All the carers generally perform well and put things right if we are not satisfied. Overall, we get and receive good service with little need to complain.

Carers are excellent at carrying out every aspect of personal care as I'm fully hoisted and housebound. Any concerns are passed onto my wife and the carers have been praised by the district nurse for the care of my skin. Carers arrive on time and are very friendly. It's good to have male carers interested
in football! We have a very settled team, who are interested in the whole family, taking time to wave my two-year-old grandson etc. Our care manager is always available by email, replies promptly and deals with any queries straight away. He is also a good support at any funding meetings.
