Very highly recommend them, they stepped in to take over my mothers care from another care firm.
Sublime Care treated mum with great care and respect, the service they provide is first class, with this company it’s not just what they have to do, but what else they can do to help.

Sublime came to our rescue in December 2018. My brother badly broke his leg in a freak accident and my mother had to travel to Uganda for a funeral at short notice. She was his main carer. We could not leave him unsupported and were worried about how we would manage things at such a critical time.
We
called Sublime and got an assessment the same afternoon. We met other agencies but Sublime came out on top. Considering I own my own agency in Kent, they had a lot to prove. Indeed, they did a brilliant job of looking after my brother. Consistent carers, great cooking and very considerate and caring. My brother was very very happy and I can not thank the Sublime team enough.

Jan 2019 Management completed a home visit to meet myself and mum where they introduced themselves and the company. They answered all our questions to a high satisfaction.
After vetting a few companies we were happy to trial Sublime Care UK. 5 months later and we have not looked back.
Mum is the happiest
she has been since needing to have carers.
The team are all great. Management communicate very well and if there have been any concerns (which have not been anything serious), we have always been able to be open, discuss it and sort it. My mum is very particular and these ladies do an amazing job having all the patience in the world.
The carers that work with mum were paired with her based on their experience which is such a good idea. I also love the fact that they allocate a key worker to mum so she builds a special bond with that individual.
Mum is now comfortable to speak about things openly without any negative responses.
Thanking you a thousand Sublime Care UK and of course for being so accommodating.

Inspection ratings
We rate most services according to how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led they are, using four levels:
Outstanding - the service is performing exceptionally well.
Good - the service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
Requires improvement - the service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
Inadequate - the service is performing badly and we've taken enforcement action against the provider of the service.
No rating/under appeal/rating suspended - there are some services which we can't rate, while some might be under appeal from the provider. Suspended ratings are being reviewed by us and will be published soon.
Ticks and crosses
We don't rate every type of service. For services we haven't rated we use ticks and crosses to show whether we've asked them to take further action or taken enforcement action against them.
There's no need for the service to take further action. If this service has not had a CQC inspection since it registered with us, our judgement may be based on our assessment of declarations and evidence supplied by the service.
The service must make improvements.
At least one standard in this area was not being met when we inspected the service and we have taken enforcement action.
