I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for truly person-centred care.

I have been using TuCare since 2000 when they helped my dad look after my mum when she had dementia.

More recently TuCare have been attending to my dad every two weeks to clean his flat.

The service and carers have always been amazing, friendly and helpful.

I used TUcare as my husband has dementia and delirium. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jo organised everything and was always so obliging and helpful. The carer, Vida, who came in for the waking nights was absolutely superb, very professional and caring. As a company they are extremely accommodating and I would thoroughly recommend them.

my breakfast. The lunchtime carer prepares my lunch and washes up afterwards. The evening carer prepares and gives me my supper then puts me to bed.

TUcare went way beyond even my hopes when my father's dementia suddenly worsened and he needed 24-hour care to stay at home. Over the next 6 months until my father's death (at home, very peacefully) live-in and night care were provided consistently, on-time, by caring experienced and fully competent carers. And just two excellent live-in carers, with just two covering their breaks, and a total of only five other carers for night and extra calls as needed over six months. That gave my father such reassurance of the company of carers that he knew and was fully comfortable with, and full reassurance for us his family. Even when an additional person was needed three times a day for personal care in my dad's last few weeks, the same person was there on time every time! The office were fully supportive to us his family with any questions or worries, plus very reassuringly regularly visited the live-in carer. I will always be grateful to TUcare for the best last six months possible for him.

If you are looking for the best care company, you have just found it! From the very first phone call to TUcare, they responded immediately to coming to assess the home and meet with my mum in hospital. When Mum came home from hospital they were there instantly to care for her 4 times a day. Numerous different carers were on her rota, but each one gave Mum wonderful and considerate care. The communication with myself was excellent, informing me what was needed to be ordered, medication-wise or care product supply. By far the best help to me was the access to the app. I could read up after every visit what the current state of mind, health and appetite was with my mum. I am so grateful to have found this very special care company, who compassionately and considerately loved and cared for my mum in her last days. Thank you to everyone on the team.

TUcare has restored my faith that there are good care providers out there. I worry a lot about the care provided for my 96-year-old mother, with diagnosed dementia. TUcare soon gave me the confidence by providing experienced carers, who were able to make common sense decisions and didn't need to be micromanaged. The carers did everything on the care plan plus more. This was just a short-term contract but I will certainly use again. As a carer I'm even daring to think of the possibility of having a holiday break for myself.

My husband and his carer formed a bond straight away and in his final hours, my husband trusted the carer totally to treat him with respect and gentleness.

TuCare provides a 100% reliable service. During our two years with them they even notify us if one of the carers is 5 or 10 minutes late. All the carers are exemplary - really kind and helpful, and will always go beyond what we might expect. All the office staff are really friendly, helpful and obliging. TuCare were originally recommended to us due to the care they had provided for a neighbour for many years. We have been overwhelmed by the care we have received from TuCare, and cannot recommend them enough.

We were referred to TUcare by a family member and user of TUcare for their own care needs, and we haven't been disappointed. TUcare worked with us from the beginning giving us all the information and time needed to come up with an initial care plan for my Mum that was comfortable for everyone. Both carer(s) and management are wonderful and show that care is not just a part of the company name, caring is truly who and what they are. Unfortunately I live a long way away from Mum, so it is a great comfort knowing that there is a carer/company who are not just doing their job, but often going above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Communication is great and if you are considering care for a loved one, from my/our experience TUcare is what the name says, caring. It is not often you find little gems like this company, I am very glad we did.

We needed care for my parents to help with medication. My mum had become confused and we needed reassurance she could manage. All the carers and staff at Tucare were kind and friendly and my mum especially enjoyed the company. We only needed the carers for a couple of weeks as my mum could manage. Would certainly not hesitate to get back in touch should we need carers in the future. The experience from beginning to end was seamless.

In the initial consultation with the care supervisor, we were made aware of what to expect and in the following weeks, the carer did a good job for us.

On recommendation from a friend, I rang TU as my husband was deteriorating and needed help in the shower. After a home visit to asses our needs within a few days, a most delightful carer arrived on my doorstep at a designated time. She was bright, friendly and efficient and my husband and I immediately felt confident in her abilities. He has a lot of respiratory problems so everything has to be done in a very measured way but we still managed to get all his personal needs attended to so not only did he look and feel better but everything was tidied up, beds made, blood pressure etc taken and he was sitting comfortably downstairs in his chair by the time our lovely carer left. Nothing was too much trouble. Inevitably, we will need more help going forward but this has been a wonderful start which makes me feel more comfortable about coping in the future if I can have such good, kind, and helpful support going forward.

We would strongly recommend Tu Care to anyone who requires care services.

Whoever came to see Mum during the day was always friendly, kind and caring and did everything they could to look after her. At times we had up to four carers a day, so she was never lonely and they always took her banter with a smile, ‘not you again’ she would say. Lovely people with hearts of gold, if you are thinking about having carers, look no more these are the ones for you. Thank you, TUCare, for everything.

Been having carers from TUcare for a week now. My father-in-law is singing their praises and is so happy. This has taken a weight off of the family's shoulders. As relatives, you feel guilty that you are unable to give your parents the care that they need. My mother-in-law has dementia and we have noticed a difference in her already.
