This care agency provides a very high quality of care with compassionate carers that have gone above and beyond to care for my grandmother. Their complimentary activities including baking have been thoroughly enjoyed by my Grandmother

Epiphany Care helped our family in a difficult time when we needed support with flexible hours due to my job. Carers were very proactive and encouraging and it has promoted recovery for my family in a big way. Going out for walks and helping with everyday tasks to maintain a routine has been really important. We are very appreciative for the help we have received.

They used a specific approach for people with dementia which encouraged my mum to do as much as she could for herself and we were overall extremely happy with the care provided.

Epiphany Care helped me out in an emergency when my private carer had to suddenly leave. The staff are always very caring and supportive. I am very happy with the support provided. They are also helping me to try and regain some independence after self-isolating and taking me out for walks to improve my mobility. I am very grateful for what they do.

I used Epiphany for my mother who had Dementia and additional high needs. After Epiphany got involved, I managed to get my mother a better rate of Direct Payments to help pay for her care, which included suitable care workers who spoke Italian, as my mother's Dementia had her falling back into her first language. The sensitivity of service and the genuine empathetic service I received was frankly above and beyond. The manager was always on hand to advise me every stressful step of the way. I was at my wit's end before contacting the agency and was myself, falling ill. This was such an invaluable help as this allowed me to spend more quality time with my mother and this was invaluable to our family. The combination of dedicated care services alongside access to the specialist care consultancy provided is unrivaled as it made me aware of my mother's rights as well as my entitlement to a Carers Assessment and personal budget. An excellent and unique home-care agency.
