They know what they are doing. The manager is very approachable. I can't recommend them enough.
I felt a relief that he was in safe hands and that dad would receive the professional care that we could not provide ourselves. We became a team that worked towards Dad's last wish to stay home until the end.
The caring was always professional but with a personal touch.

I can’t thank your staff enough for the care they gave my husband who died of Mesothelioma on October the 17th. It was a tough time, but your staff were excellent, efficient and professional. He was always very complimentary of them and of how sensitive and caring they were. They certainly did help us through a very difficult and upsetting time. Please thank the teams who helped him through the last months. They were always pleasant, cheery and professional. Many thanks to you all and I wish you all the very best for the future. I apologise for taking so long to thank you.
But once you all started looking after Dad, 4 visits a day, 7 days a week, the relief was totally amazing. Instead of the stress/worry, we had to look after Dad; we could now have quality time with him in his last weeks.
Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. You truly are amazing.
During the short period prior to my wife's peaceful death, she was visited by two different teams of carers - all four carers were of the same high standard.
Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this company for the provision of home palliative care services.
