They are by far the best! The staff go above and beyond. They are all very knowledgeable , compassionate and caring.
They know what they are doing. The manager is very approachable. I can't recommend them enough.

We can not express how grateful we are for the care that Dad received these last two months. From day one Dad felt so comfortable with and the staff members and they always brought a smile to his face.

We can not express how grateful we are for the care that Dad received these last two months. From day one Dad felt so comfortable with and the staff members and they always brought a smile to his face.
I felt a relief that he was in safe hands and that dad would receive the professional care that we could not provide ourselves. We became a team that worked towards Dad's last wish to stay home until the end.
The caring was always professional but with a personal touch.

I can’t thank your staff enough for the care they gave my husband who died of Mesothelioma on October the 17th. It was a tough time, but your staff were excellent, efficient and professional. He was always very complimentary of them and of how sensitive and caring they were. They certainly did help...
I can’t thank your staff enough for the care they gave my husband who died of Mesothelioma on October the 17th. It was a tough time, but your staff were excellent, efficient and professional. He was always very complimentary of them and of how sensitive and caring they were. They certainly did help us through a very difficult and upsetting time. Please thank the teams who helped him through the last months. They were always pleasant, cheery and professional. Many thanks to you all and I wish you all the very best for the future. Myself and my family cannot express our gratitude to you all for the care, support, love, exceptional service and most of all, the dedication you all have to looking after your clients. Many times we felt we weren't strong enough to cope and we questioned ourselves if we could carry on caring for Dad at home, which is what he wanted more than ever.
But once you all started looking after Dad, 4 visits a day, 7 days a week, the relief was totally amazing. Instead of the stress/worry, we had to look after Dad; we could now have quality time with him in his last weeks.

For the past 15-days, my wife has received three visits a day from a team of two carers employed by this company. In every respect, the carers were excellent - reliable, capable, compassionate and professional.
During the short period prior to my wife's peaceful death, she was visited by two different teams of carers - all four carers were of the same high standard.

Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this company for the provision of home palliative care services.
