The office staff are very good, they are always extremely helpful. My carer has told me she works 7 days a week and can be tired with her help with me. She needs at least one day of rest in the week to give her the energy to cope with caring for others. I would like her to dry my hair with a hairdryer especially in the winter months rather than just using a towel. Apart from that we get on well.

My husband has had wonderful care and support from Nwando Domiciliary Care. They are kind and efficient and nearly always cheerful in nature, which is a great pleasure to us. A few times the arrival here is too late in the morning and evening, but usually this has an explanation, but everything else is good.

Overall, I am pleased with the service. Sometimes the carers leave early and I had to complain about the use of mobile phones. The carers are very pleasant and polite.

I have made Nandos Care aware that if I don't hear from the care coordinator today, I will be making a second complaint against the care coordinator for failing to contact, or get in touch with me regarding the cleaning of my flat. The care coordinator said I should call her, if I have questions.

Overall, we have found using Nwando Domiciliary Care a positive experience. The carers have been very caring and helpful, bringing a smile and a positive attitude. They learn the routine quickly, and my dad is happy with them. Sunday can be slightly tricky when the usual carers are not present, as they may not know the routines but do try their best; on the very rare occasion, we encounter new carers who may not be familiar with the hoisting equipment.

This company Nwando Domiciliary Care are the best providers there is. They look after everyone so well and they have been there for me since I moved in. There are certain staff I would like to say thank you two and they are the director, manager, the office worker and the keyworker. The reason why I want to say thank you to these people is that they are always the ones that are there for me and they are always the ones I go to if I need to talk about anything.

I do not know where I would be if it wasn’t for Nwando Domiciliary Care.

We cannot recommend Nwando highly enough. When our mother began to need care at some, we were wary about having people we didn't know in our home. Over the years, since then, we have always had 5-star service, never had cause to complain, and since our mother passed away in August, have actually realised who these incredible women had become extended family! Nwando Care Agency has shown and demonstrated over the years, their ability to recruit and train carers who are capable of meeting my son's social and health needs including support attending all his hospital appointments with family.
