The office staff are very good, they are always extremely helpful. My carer has told me she works 7 days a week and can be tired with her help with me. She needs at least one day of rest in the week to give her the energy to cope with caring for others. I would like her to dry my hair with a hairdryer
especially in the winter months rather than just using a towel. Apart from that we get on well.

My husband has had wonderful care and support from Nwando Domiciliary Care. They are kind and efficient and nearly always cheerful in nature, which is a great pleasure to us. A few times the arrival here is too late in the morning and evening, but usually this has an explanation, but everything else
is good.

I find that the care coordinator who I called last Monday 19 December, requesting some local cleaning services of my flat, (this was made aware to me 2 months ago by the care coordinator, unfortunately, the cleaners were on holidays). I then got a text from the care coordinator on Thursday December
15th, saying that the cleaning ladies were back from holidays. I then called the care coordinator on the 19th Dec, saying that I am going to make a complaint because she still had not arranged for the cleaning of my flat. She then called me back on the 19th December, saying that she will get back to me the following day, Tuesday, with dates and times for the cleaning/cleaners. Today is the 29th December and I have not and don't think that I will hear from the care coordinator until the New Year.
I have made Nandos Care aware that if I don't hear from the care coordinator today, I will be making a second complaint against the care coordinator for failing to contact, or get in touch with me regarding the cleaning of my flat. The care coordinator said I should call her, if I have questions.

Overall, we have found using Nwando Domiciliary Care a positive experience. The carers have been very caring and helpful, bringing a smile and a positive attitude. They learn the routine quickly, and my dad is happy with them. Sunday can be slightly tricky when the usual carers are not present, as they
may not know the routines but do try their best; on the very rare occasion, we encounter new carers who may not be familiar with the hoisting equipment.

This company Nwando Domiciliary Care are the best providers there is. They look after everyone so well and they have been there for me since I moved in. There are certain staff I would like to say thank you two and they are the director, manager, the office worker and the keyworker. The reason why I
want to say thank you to these people is that they are always the ones that are there for me and they are always the ones I go to if I need to talk about anything.


I do not know where I would be if it wasn’t for Nwando Domiciliary Care.

Nwando Domiciliary Care, I can't recommend enough. The service has provided my mum with the best possible care they can give. The team here go the full mile and then some. They make sure that nothing is left overturned in terms of their service before they leave. Everything the system has done and continue
to do for my mother has always left her with a huge smile on her face, and these are moments I feel I can cherish, and this is all because of the amazing care you and your team have provided.

We cannot recommend Nwando highly enough. When our mother began to need care at some, we were wary about having people we didn't know in our home. Over the years, since then, we have always had 5-star service, never had cause to complain, and since our mother passed away in August, have actually realised

Good experience with Nwando Domiciliary Care, the girls or carers were kind, experienced, and professional.
It was my first time for mum having a care service so we were very lucky. I have since recommended Nwando to my aunty who lives close by and she also can praise Nwando and is still with them.
The carer was with mum up until the day she passed. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Nwandon Care Agency are available 24 hours a day. They have affordable options and their carers are compassionate, dedicated and well trained. My son has complex needs with 24-hour care. Nwando Care Agency has shown and demonstrated over the years, their ability to recruit and train carers who are capable
of meeting my son's social and health needs including support attending all his hospital appointments with family.

A family business, Nwando Domiciliary Care was founded by our Registered Manager in 2015. Previously a social worker and RGN nurse, Ifeoma’s passion for providing
quality of care originated from the experience of her disabled husband (who’d suffered a
stroke) and an Autistic son with severe learning disabilities (LD).


Nwando delivers complex domiciliary, live-in, and supported living services across
North London for Haringey Council, CCG, and private Service Users (SUs).


Our domiciliary, live-in, and supported living teams support people with LD, mental illness, autistic spectrum disorder, dementia, physical disability, sensory impairment, and older people in their own homes.
