I wanted to give some feedback for Dickson, who cares for my dad.
We could not have asked for a better person to care for our dad. The patience, kindness and compassion Dickson shows him is incredible and they are true friends. Dickson is meticulous in his care and is good at communicating any issues, medication requests or additional needs dad has. He encourages dad to keep trying and dad looks forward to seeing him every day. Dickson is exactly what a carer should be and 100 times more, I don't know what we'd do without him!

Primera health care is doing their service with house bound and older people. Doing good service with them. But office staff is not listen properly client complains.
Last few months KAMRAN is visiting to me every morning. He is very much punctual, discipline, and maintain health and hygiene

I wanted to share how fantastic your staff have been with my mum. They are treating my mum with care, respect and dignity. I truly believe the wonderul care they are giving my mum has helped to keep her out of hospital.

Overall Experience
Primera have only recently taken over the care of my brother, however, I am already impressed by the level of service and care in particular Kazeem has formed a great bond with my brother and his professionalism instantly instilled confidence.
