I am very happy with the care I have been receiving from Homecare1st since April this year. I have found the management to be responsive, empathetic and genuinely caring. The hard-working carers strike (for me) just the right balance between respectful and friendly, and demonstrate the same positive,
flexible, 'can-do' approach. They are attentive and quickly pick up changes to my routine; they can think on their feet and I feel safe in their care. Thank you to everyone involved.

My mother has been receiving care since June. It has taken us a while to adjust to our new normal. Homecare1st have helped us along our journey so far. I have been very happy with the level of care my mother has received. The carers I have met have been polite, caring and eager to get to know my mother.
When I have had any queries, I have found the staff at the office very responsive, equally if, they have had any concerns they made contact, and we have made a plan collaboratively. Thank you.

Homecare1st has been looking after my mum for just over a year and the care they provide is excellent and we are more than happy.
All the carers are very professional, polite, friendly and supportive, nothing is too much trouble. We have built up a very good rapport with them and the office staff.
If anything is not quite right with Mum's health it is brought to my attention straight away.
I would like to thank all the staff in the office and the carers for the continuing care they provide for Mum. I would definitely recommend Homecare1st.

Homecare1st has been looking after my husband during the last 12 months and we are very satisfied with the care he is receiving from the carers who treat him with the utmost respect and are unfailingly polite and very helpful.
They appreciate he needs consistency and attend to his needs in a friendly
and professional
manner.
Although all the carers we have had have been very supportive and friendly I would like to give praise to one carer in particular who has been coming most frequently lately. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him and he is patient and calm in all situations.
The office staff are also very helpful and any contact I have had with them has been very satisfactory.
I would thoroughly recommend this company and I am glad they are helping me to look after my husband in such a professional and caring way.

My father used Homecare1st for about 9 months until he needed nursing care. My father had been living independently until his latest medical condition. The carers are all very friendly and caring. They are knowledgeable and experienced with older people, which was helpful in understanding my father's
foibles. We had a main carer for most shifts and others who filled in the other rota visits and holidays on a semi regular basis. All the carers treated my father with dignity and respect.
The back-office team were also very helpful, especially with the various issues and events that accompany an 87 year olds life. Overall, the service was very professional.
I would recommend Homecare1st to others seeking such services, they may not be the cheapest, but the quality was very high. In the end you get what you pay for.

Homecare 1st have now been caring for my mother since November 2021. The quality of care is generally excellent. I have full confidence in the carers ability and the high standards set by the management.
All staff are very polite and offer excellent support not only to Mum, but to me too. The carers
are always calm, considerate and very kind. After recent serious illness, hospital stays and the rapid progression of Alzheimer's, Homecare 1st have instantly understood and adapted their care to accommodate Mum's physical and emotional needs, many of which have been challenging. It is heartwarming to know that she is receiving the best possible care from the nicest of people.

The carers are very hard working and have built a great rapport with my father. They are very polite and patient with him and pay attention to the details of his routine and the specific way he needs things to be arranged in his home to help him retain as much independence as possible.

Homecare1st have been looking after my sister since April. I am very pleased with the way they care for her, nothing is too much trouble for them. Also on the plus side, my sister is very happy with the carers who visit her, they communicate with me if anything is required to make my sister's life easier.

The carers are really amazing. They are understanding, polite, kind and very patient. The office staff is just as amazing. The carers have had quality training and this is visible in their quality of work and the method in which they handle and treat the clients.
I would highly recommend this company

Carers are excellent very caring and keep the dignity of the patient and they are very patient as well, I have 2 carers 3 times a day which has transformed my life since they have been coming as I was doing it all on my own.
