I would not recommend this care agency RATHER HOMECARE NORTH LONDON!!!! My uncle used this care agency, He got a carer that did not speak English and he could not communicate with her so his needs could not be met. He gave the carer some letters to post for him and she posted them through his own...
I would not recommend this care agency RATHER HOMECARE NORTH LONDON!!!! My uncle used this care agency, He got a carer that did not speak English and he could not communicate with her so his needs could not be met. He gave the carer some letters to post for him and she posted them through his own letter box. The carer returned months later and took him out in a wheelchair using no seat belt, she was on her phone and the wheelchair rolled into a parked car. Then she pushed him and he fell out the chair into the road, the carer showed no care or compassion she stood back letting members of public help him off the floor. She then took him home moaned she was late to next call and left him. He died a month later. I reported this so did my uncles GP and to my shock this carer is still working for this agency!!! As a carer myself I am totally shocked at the lack of professionalism empathy compassion and CARE given!!!!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care&support I have received from both the carers and team at Rather Home Care. The carers demonstrated a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, ensuring that I always felt respected and valued.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to three members of staff for their unwavering dedication and compassionate approach. Their support, encouragement and commitment to upholding my dignity and integrity have been truly commendable. They not only assisted me with great professionalism but also promoted my independence wherever possible, fostering a sense of autonomy and confidence.
I am deeply grateful for their kindness and exemplary service, which have made a significant difference in my care experience.

Overall Experience
My mother has had the same carer from 13/4/2021 to date. The carer is the kindest, most respectful lady to my mum. For a couple of days, we also had another carer helping when my mum need two carers after a fall.
I would recommend Rather Home.
