Great carers mum likes that they are not English more interesting conversation. Very caring. Sometimes some cultural differences like making scrambled egg in microwave, etc. Mum is bedbound and sometimes they forget to give her back her things after changing her, tablet, tissues, etc. But overall can't complain.

RUMAX was caring for my husband for two and a half years. Sadly he has passed away now, but the care he got from this company was excellent. I can't praise the carers enough, always very patient with him, always had a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble for them.
