Nothing has been too much trouble for them with mum and ourselves they support each other well as a team and this shows with their professionalism and concern for their clients wellbeing. I would highly recommend that any family needing support to ring the team for a chat and hopefully receive the same amazing support and experience that we have received over the years.

Notes are taken as to her condition following their visit. I have found the office to be very supportive should I need to change the time or day of a carer visit they have always been very an obliging. They if the need arise have contacted my wife GP or the district nurse. They have impressed me with the fact that they genuinely care for my wife.

This is an exceptional company with impeccable professional standards. They consistently provide timely updates and demonstrate outstanding helpfulness when coordinating my father's care requirements. Their support has been truly invaluable in helping him maintain his independence.

Having carers has made easy for me to go shopping etc. know that the carers will be there for my husband, to see to his needs. they our very friendly and respectful. My husband now has dementia with his health problems he needs to told to drink etc.

I use Heart2Heart to provide care for my Dad who has dementia. Every carer shows respect and kindness to my Dad; he enjoys their company. They follow the set tasks rigorously and leave a comprehensive report on the app which allows me to assess how my dad is getting on. The office staff are friendly and communicate promptly and readily.

Heart2Heart have been looking after my mother via a half hour lunchtime visit for the last eighteen months, after a series of TIAs affected her sense of balance. This enables me to go to work, confident that she will be escorted to the toilet and given a cup of tea while I'm gone. Mother is very pleased with the service that is provided. Heart2Heart provide the same carer on most days which has allowed mother to establish a good relationship. The management of Heart2Heart are keen to ensure that the service is meeting her needs by visiting regularly. They are able to accommodate additional visits, given reasonable notice, if I need to go away. Overall, I'm very happy with Heart2Heart

We used Heart2Heart for my elderly aunt who lived alone and has Alzheimer's. We used them from May through to August 2024. All the carers were exceptional and kept in contact with me via the app. The management staff were also amazing and extremely helpful supportive and personable. I could not have asked for a better team of people. My aunt liked them all and they carried out all their tasks impeccably well.

Heart2Heart Homecare are so aptly named. Their service is absolutely amazing. My mother-in-law has used this agency for the past 2 years and all of the staff are so caring and could not do enough for her. This week she unfortunately passed away, but the support we and she received during her passing was immense. The carer who was looking after her did not want to leave her and only did so once we arrived. The two ladies who run the agency came out to support us and did everything they could for us, including helping us clean up the house once she had gone. They treated her and us like family and we are so grateful. They enabled us to allow her to have her last wishes and stay in her own home and have a peaceful calm death. Thank you is not enough.

As a family we reached out for care for our dad. The situation we found ourselves in was quite tragic but these wonderful people helped out immensely. The speed of response to our situation, and the care and compassion shown by the team really touched my heart. I could not ask of any more of these deeply caring individuals, and utmost dignity at all times. Thank you is not enough.

The care staff are amazing at Heart2Heart Homecare and I am so grateful that they are the ones looking after my Mum. They also help my wife and myself, by keeping us updated on any concerns and letting us know of any shopping needed. I have come to know a lot of the team over the last few years and can honestly say they are some of the nicest people I know.

Service of the agency is excellent. The carers provided are hard-working caring considerate of clients' needs. Very professional and thoughtful kind and all committed to their jobs. A genuine dedication in their job to make a difference to each client's everyday life. I feel they should be paid more in their jobs as they are very valuable in the care sector and should be rewarded as we are a growing population of elderly people who need urgent care.

On the whole I could not be happier. The staff always try to be on time and they do their best for me. The only slight issue is that there is one carer who works very slowly and therefore there is a limit on what duties he can complete in the time.

I found myself having to arrange care for my mother in law, and having no idea about this I just started contacting companies I found on an internet search. After speaking to Heart2Heart who were very helpful in explaining what they could offer I engaged them. They proved to be very reliable and punctual with a very handy app that allowed me to check the timings and the reports, however the best thing about Heart2Heart was the carers who were excellent and although my in-laws are not easily pleased they had nothing but praise for every carer that they saw. I would unhesitatingly recommend them and I would definitely use them again if needed.

From the very start of my sons care from Heart2Heart, I have been both delighted and reassured with the service provided. You are always prepared to go the extra mile and make every effort to visit on time. If any problems occur you have always kept me informed and are friendly and polite.

The service my dad receives on a daily basis is excellent. The staff are caring and very professional. We have had 4 previous care providers and Heart2Heart Homecare are the best by far. Would highly recommend to other friends or family.

Heart2Heart have looked after my mother for a period in excess of 12 months and never in that time or in my experience have they been found wanting in care provided, time spent or professional attitude to a very demanding client. Thank you all.

The care my husband has received from the very first visit of carers from Heart2heart Homecare has been outstanding. The carers have been experienced and understanding of his needs. They have all had different personalities and have provided the care he needs in a professional manner. I have felt confident to leave the house while they are there to look after him for a couple of hours. It has made a huge difference to us both.

We started using Heart2Heart Homecare in October 2021 and they have been amazing. They are extremely reliable and responsive to changing needs. The carers are all very kind and supportive to mum, always taking the time to chat with her and cheer her up if she's feeling a bit down. When we have contacted the office they have always been very responsive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. If they notice anything not quite right with mum they will contact us or medical professionals if necessary. Mum is happy and well cared for and very pleased with the care she receives. She has a lovely rapport with all the carers. As a family, we are far more relaxed about mum now, knowing she is so well looked after by the carers and we can rely on them to let us know if anything is amiss.
