Staff are incredibly friendly, treat my husband with care and respect. Grateful for their work but occasionally miss some small attention to detail. They are punctual, take their job seriously and work around our needs.

After moving to a new premises and unpacking my belongings, I have found a small jiffy bag which had contents in, missing and a small box which I received through the post, the contents missing, the only person(s) who visited me was the staff of Demidav and the one's responsible for packing, I would not recommend this company to anyone and do not wish to have any member of Demidav to visit me again.

I couldn't be more happy with the service my mum receives from DemiDav. The carers always treat her with dignity and respect and will always try to help her to be as independent as possible given her circumstances. Mum says her carers are like a little Ray of sunshine in her dark world and she looks forward to seeing them. I often see the carers when I visit and they are always friendly towards me and I can see that they do genuinely like and care for my mum which gives me peace of mind. I would recommend this care provider and so would my mum.

Space between each visit should be more consistent very good practice from individual carers. Dissapointed with on call service, they do not answer the phone.

Every member of the team is friendly, kind, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing. They've created a warm and trusting relationship with him, encouraging him to make positive choices around personal care and diet without ever being forceful.
The carers always keep me updated of any changes in my step-fathers health, which can change on a daily basis!

Am really happy to be with demidav Ltd, I find my carers wonderful and the management have really helped by put the carers back in after been away for weeks. Am still getting use to been back home .I had 2 incredible painful nights but thanks to two staff members in particular I was supported and sort out and am happy with the quality of care .
16th February 2025 at 15:17, I caught my carer from Demidav asleep in my lounge chair with a blanket over her. When we informed the office the manager just said "oh is she ok? Is she having problems at home?". After informing the manager it's gross misconduct she still didn't not apologise she just said she'd speak to the carer. After explain I did not want said carer in my house again, the carer came back to right an instant report in my house! My husband was obviously very upset at this point as my anxiety was very bad he raised his voice and asked her to leave. After contacting my social worker we found out the carer had accused my husband of being racist. We had the same carer for 15 months and we have done nothing to imply this as we aren't a racist household or family. The annoying part about this is we have no apology and now no care team to help me with my many health requirements. (I do have a photo as proof if needed). Wouldn't recommend to look after a pet rock.

The service father receives from his carers every day is second to none. He looks forward to them coming every morning. He enjoys their little chats and laughs he has with them. But at the same time gets their full care and attention. A first class service.

Demidav take care of me very well. I have a good strong relationships with my cares. They are efficient and respectful.
My dad recently started having support from the team at Demidav in his home. The support we had from the manager in the beginning was so helpful and the process has been easy to navigate. The daily visits from the carers has been life changing. It has allowed my dad to remain safely and independently in his home and has provided me with some much needed piece of mind. With their support he gets a good start to the day and this is crucial to the rest of the day. The male carers that visit dad are all excellent and dad looks forward to seeing them.

Some of the carers are so lovely and helpful. I do wish some of them would listen and take their shoes off or cover them. Apart from that they are very good. My father looks forward to a few of them as they spend the time to talk to him and treat him with dignity. You can tell those that truly care and only a small few will see it as a job which they want to do the minimum basics and leave. Today, the carer gave my dad a bowl wash and checked his medication, he is very lovely and kind.

After starting three days later than we expected, two staff members quickly became a trusted and welcomed pair of carers visiting a number of times each day. They were gentle and professional with my dad through his last few weeks, making sure he was not only clean but also monitored for bed sores or any other medical issues. They engaged well with everyone in our family, keeping the mood as upbeat as possible. It was important to us that the carers attended more than 90% of the visits. This meant we were comfortable trusting them to care for Dad the way he and we liked and during his most vulnerable time. I would recommend them highly.
