Had to give these up and write a police crime detail as mum had her 2 pairs of 9-carat gold earrings go missing. Prior to this told the worker to put down my jewellery which I sell and informed the boss who did not send that worker to me again. Prior to this date in August too many complaints from dropping
hot coffee on my floor and part on mum, lucky mum had clothes on her that didn't burn her. The coffee fell on the covers so lucky me. They sent carers between 2 pm to 5 pm and initially, I thought they would be good. We all eat vegetarian and one of their workers walked in my flat with chicken asking me to give them permission to eat it. Not very good practice after agreeing on an arrangement with me to fulfil and knowing we are all vegetarian. This did happen prior to the new owner and the person did leave. I do not usually have anything to complain about but there has been so much more from my mother needing warmth and the carer thinking they didn't want to be too warm and to them using my fan another time. Dropped using them on the second of September and have since put in a complaint about the jewellery.

Excellent management team, nothing is too much trouble and they are always contactable.
The care staff are generally good, some are excellent, others not quite so good, not punctual. We appreciate the support, especially during Covid restrictions. Thank you.

We began using Clarity Homecare recently as my mum is fully bed-bound and has severe mental health. The team at Clarity are amazing and they provide an outstanding level of care. The director arranged the initial meetings which took place and was helped by the office manager. Both are attentive, kind
and compassionate. Our primary carer is fully dedicated to my mum and both cares for and reassures her. She is kind and gentle with her and very patient. She is an outstanding carer and we would never consider using any other care agency. I regularly speak to office staff as well who is just lovely and always has time for a chat. Would highly recommend Clarity Homecare to anyone who wants a respectful, decent and competent company to support themselves or their loved ones.

Avoid this agency like the plague. Not only do their carers turn up late, they often don't bother turning up at all and the agency don't care. The carers themselves are lovely but the office staff are horrendous. They don't communicate with each other or the client and make changes to rotas and mess
clients around. They would ask our carer to get here early to accommodate them and then their carer would be an hour late.
They gave us a week's notice for no reason and wouldn't budge on that despite the fact I work full time and care for both of my parents. They didn't give a damn about this despite me begging them to at least extend the notice period until I found an alternative agency.
They are unreliable, nasty and inflexible. They caused me nothing but stress - when I am already under a lot of pressure being a carer and holding down a full-time job.
Absolute waste of money.

The management team have been very efficient, supportive and caring. I would definitely recommend this amazing team to friends and family. We have had 2 wonderful caregivers staying with my dad. They were very caring, gentle and lovely companions. Dad regularly said they were the best. Dad's needs were
constantly changing and they were very flexible. They kept a daily diary and sent me regular messages with updates. All were very supportive to me and my sister.

My father who is 82 is living me after a suffered a fall, I have cared for him myself over several months, because his health is slowly deteriorating, I was in desperate need for some extra help, my siblings were not prepared to help and suffering a series of bad experiences with various other caring
companies, I was at my wit's end. By chance, I explained the situation to my pharmacist who recommended Clarity Care. They have literally changed my life, I am so very grateful to the managers support, care and advice, the service they provide is not only extremely professional and efficient but also so very caring, towards my father, myself and my family, they go above and beyond to ensure that my father gets the best possible care, I would truly recommend this company to others that find them in a similar situation as myself.

I would highly recommend Clarity Homecare (Ealing branch), I have employed them to look after my daily needs for the last 3 months and have found them to be very caring, punctual and professional. A consistent team of three key carers, cover the multiple daily visits during weekdays and weekends. All
my carers are thoughtful about how they look after me and have a clear understanding of my actual needs, not perceived needs. They listen to me and don’t patronise me, ensuring my requirements are fulfilled. I have found all of the team to be hardworking and proactive, always looking for more work but also chatty as needed. There is a keen attention to the cleanliness of my home but most importantly, I feel my well being is of paramount importance. The Clarity team have never let me down and I really value them and trust that they will ensure I am well looked after by a carer I know.

We used Clarity Homecare to look after our mother 24 x 7 when she came out of hospital after having a hip replacement for 2 weeks. This service worked well for us as we were unable to provide this level of care, therefore giving us peace of mind that someone was on hand to help.

Inspection ratings
We rate most services according to how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led they are, using four levels:
Outstanding - the service is performing exceptionally well.
Good - the service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
Requires improvement - the service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
Inadequate - the service is performing badly and we've taken enforcement action against the provider of the service.
No rating/under appeal/rating suspended - there are some services which we can't rate, while some might be under appeal from the provider. Suspended ratings are being reviewed by us and will be published soon.
Ticks and crosses
We don't rate every type of service. For services we haven't rated we use ticks and crosses to show whether we've asked them to take further action or taken enforcement action against them.
There's no need for the service to take further action. If this service has not had a CQC inspection since it registered with us, our judgement may be based on our assessment of declarations and evidence supplied by the service.
The service must make improvements.
At least one standard in this area was not being met when we inspected the service and we have taken enforcement action.
