Very happy with this care company. Carers are cheerful and polite, and very helpful.
We are very pleased with the care provided by Home Instead. It has enabled Dad to remain independent in his own home with the extra support he needs, and he really enjoys going out or reminiscing with them. We know he is well cared for, which gives us a short period of respite each week. We feel very lucky to have the support provided by the Home Instead carers.
The staff engaged with Mum and quickly understood what was important to her. They were very dependable and supportive. My Mum is living on her own. The standard of care and support was outstanding.
Use of this service enabled me to recover safely in my own home. The carers were efficient, effective, caring and kind. Always time for laughter and chats with other walkers on our daily walks that were planned to increase my mobilisation. Household tasks were completed efficiently and to my total satisfaction. A great service provided by lovely staff/carers.
Always see the same group of carers, friendly and professional with a smile on their face. Always go that little bit extra than required to ensure she is happy and safe.
Found this service very good. I have no complaints at all. All very good and professional. Thank you.
Just brilliant.
I have had excellent service and will certainly be happy to use the firm on another occasion if it became necessary and to recommend it to others.
Can’t recommend them enough
They are very good and personal and I would highly recommend them as they are highly professional as well, and will go above and beyond what is expected of them. They will look after you in all ways, talking if that’s what’s needed as they are very good listeners as well as personal care and meals. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
