I am extremely satisfied with the care given to my father. The carers are extremely professional. They happily help in all tasks of care and have treated my father with kindness and dignity. The agency manager always kept us informed of any changes in medication etc. and changes in personnel.

The care given is excellent. All staff are kind, friendly and very professional. No hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who requires live-in care. Every possible precaution is taken during this current climate to keep everyone safe and well.

The carers worked extremely well to help my family support my dad in his last year and a bit of life. They cared for him and treated him with respect and dignity. They cooked, cleaned, played music which he enjoyed and helped him reminisce about his life and his recently departed wife. Well organised and punctual carers. Looked after my dad 18 months. They communicated well with the family. Took him for walks and he has been well looked after. The management was always contactable and helped to support with care plans and support. Despite his dementia and struggling with coping with everyday tasks, and would ask out the carers continued to show love and support and handled in a professional and caring manner. I applause the help and support of the carer.

The care has been extremely good. Very caring, thoughtful and good knowledge of what care is required for the patient. Property is kept very clean and tidy. Very understanding of patient's needs. Nothing too much trouble for the family.
