As I live away from Worksop I find Holy Spirit Home Care exceptional service above and beyond the normal care package they provide friendly caring staff. Today a staff member noticed the television was not working properly and they could have left, but instead made sure it was working correctly. Even though this was not something they are expected to do but as a caring company they went above and beyond yet again. Always 5 Star service.

I am really pleased with the service that is being provided especially with my carers.

Friendly, efficient generally on time for each visit. Helpful and careful in carrying out all the tasks required. On occasion will change bedding and wash my hair. The carers will offer to make hot drinks and remind to take my medication.

Excellent service, excellent care. The staff are kind and compassionate they show nothing but kindness to my Dad we couldn’t ask for anymore. The staff who attend my Dad are a credit to their employer. It was all new territory for us but the team are so lovely you feel happy with them in your home.

Our experience of the care shown to our mother from Holy Spirit Home Care was first class. They were a great help to our family and helped to make the last few weeks of our mother's life very comfortable. They treated her with dignity and respect. They were kind, professional and our mother was very happy.

The team were very respectful of our home and always displayed care and consideration to my partner. The team is well led and were always helpful and accommodating to his needs.

My partner is unable to write, but he really likes the young man who comes, they have really connected with one another. He is in a bed in the room and likes to watch TV with him at night. We are very impressed with the young man he is polite and anxious.

1st class, I can't thank them enough, they have started my husband walking again something he hadn't done since leaving hospital and he's doing well. Kind, considerate and cheerful, they are all wonderful not just to my husband but they've helped me as well. You're very lucky to have such a devoted set of carers. Whilst only looking after my dad for a month, I can fully recommend the service and care he received. Nothing was too much trouble for them and provided a fully professional but also friendly care package. Without their help, he wouldn’t have been able to stay in his own home for as long as he did.

My carers are efficient, polite and friendly. Very reliable and most caring. They have removed, by their attitude, any embarrassment I may have felt at the beginning of my care.

I broke my arm and wrist and so was unable to do a lot of jobs in my home. The carers each came daily, initially for an hour and then 3/4 hour and finally for 1/2 hour. They were willing to do anything I requested - vacuum cleaning, dusting, washing up, drying and putting away dishes, mugs cutlery etc. They made my bed each day, albeit sometimes under guidance, eg. to eliminate folds in the under blanket and bottom sheet, or to ensure the duvet was the right way round. They also helped me get dry after my morning shower. They were cheerful and very co-operative.

Only been with Holy Spirit six weeks. Carers so far have been friendly and proficient all wearing PPE.

Lovely caring staff who were a lifeline for me when I ended up isolating away from home while caring for my elderly parents. Every staff member filled me with confidence as they were so kind, knowledgeable and efficient, nothing seemed too much trouble. The Holy Spirit team have gone a long way to help me cope with a difficult situation.

All staff/carers who have helped me while I have been bedridden have been brilliant and caring and friendly. Wonderful staff and people.

Staff are friendly, caring and cope with my father well. They are extremely helpful with problems that occur and often go above and beyond a carers role. They are always courteous when they contact me, and if dad needs extra time spent on him they oblige without any problems. Excellent staff.
