The office staff are always ready and willing to help me with the necessary arrangements for my father's care, responding in a timely fashion to any query or request. The carers are reliable, attentive, friendly, extremely patient and very tolerant.

I think they are all lovely and kind to me. I feel safe with the carers. They're very friendly and make me laugh. Nothing is too much trouble. They are always willing to assist.
