I would thoroughly recommend this company the same way they came highly recommended to me. Management are always contactable and match great, quality carers with Mom. They are all calming and knowledgeable, especially with dementia. Also, they were amazingly helpful and respectful during a recent 111 emergency call. Well done Unique, a massive thank you.

My wife has Alzheimer’s and since March 2021, we engaged Unique Senior Care to provide support at home. One member of staff, in particular, was recommended to us as the preferred carer and she has been in place right up until my wife had to go into hospital recently. As far as I’m concerned, she has been a credit to both her company and the caring profession. Never late, trustworthy, honest and also providing a tremendous friendship to both my wife and myself, regularly going the extra mile. Thanks for all your help.

My mum has lived in the same house for 60 years. Her mobility has become increasingly impaired but thanks to the team at Unique, she has been able to continue living independently and I can't emphasise how important that has been for her. Unique's carers have shown kindness, consideration and respect at all times. They are also completely trustworthy. They assessed her care needs carefully and are prepared to make adjustments if they change. After a spell in hospital, they were ready and waiting to resume her enhanced care. Unique makes sure any new carer is introduced to my mum before they start and although she has favourites they are all highly motivated to provide the best possible service. The care manager liaises closely with me and shares any concerns and offers advice. I have been very impressed and at times, extremely touched by their dedication to their job, particularly in these difficult times.

Unfortunately, my husband's dementia has progressed and he has now gone into residential care. However, Unique made it possible for me to cope until August 2021. All our carers were fantastic and even though they needed to do some very personal things for him, he adored them all and saw them as friends. As for me, I know I couldn't have managed without them. The support they gave me was wonderful.

My 85-year-old parents had been living independently, although my father had mobility problems. When my mother broke her wrist, we were in need of help. A neighbour recommended Unique who immediately sent a manager round and a programme was drawn up and implemented immediately. We have had carers for two months now and they have been exceptional. Always punctual, friendly, patient and efficient. The policy of only sending two carers helped my parents, reducing anxiety. As my mother has improved, we have been able to scale back but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Unique for any future requirements which may arise.

We had sleep-in care for three nights following my wife's stay in hospital. The young lady who provided the care was absolutely excellent. Before I contacted Unique Senior Care, we were not aware of the excellent range of pick and mix support the company provides. Being in our late 70s and determined to stay in our own house for as long as possible, I'm sure we will be calling on their services again in the future.

The girls are professional and friendly. All needs are met and the girls go above and beyond their daily duties.

We very highly recommend this company. We couldn't be happier with the service provided - from initial contact to, most importantly, the care provided. All the carers who have helped my mother have been excellent. It would honestly be difficult to fault them. Unique have been careful to ensure that where possible, and allowing for days off, my mother has the same carer every day, which is very reassuring for her. My mother now regards this very kind carer as a trusted and reliable friend, in fact she says she 'deserves an MBE'.

Unique senior care provides an exceptional service. The care understanding and genuine nature of the carers is second to none. I cannot recommend the carers from Unique Senior Care who visit my dad highly enough. They all have such a lovely positive attitude and not only cover his everyday needs like cooking, shopping, cleaning and personal care but always find different ways to brighten up his day. He now has tomato plants growing on his balcony. Also when he has become unwell they have responded quickly and sought help appropriately when needed. They have even connected him to Zoom meetings with us so we can all see one another’s faces as visits have been difficult during the pandemic.

The home help that has been provided has been great and has been flexible enough to change the amount of cover needed when Mum needs. The help has been organised well so that they do shopping, taking Mum to doctors appointments. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I would absolutely recommend Unique Senior Care. The office manager and staff go out of their way to make sure you have the right carer to meet your needs, they listen and keep in touch. The carers we have are wonderful, they do all that is needed and more in a very professional and respectful way. They are a pleasure to have in the house.

I would highly recommend Unique Senior Care. They offer a very professional care service for my mother of 94 years of age, but also at the same time offer a personal service. The manager and staff of the Knowle Office always take my mother's needs into account and go above and beyond to adhere to her care needs. Each carer has their individual care strengths and gives a personal touch to my mother. My mother suffered from covid through January and with their care, she was able to stay at home and not have to be admitted into hospital.

Unique Senior Care have a great team approach to providing care at home. We were listened to regarding our needs and concerns about having carers coming into the home.
