Just wanted to feedback on my Grandad Clems experience so far with your lovely carers.

Becky has been exceptionally kind and he looks forward to her visiting. Her visits have made a real difference to not only his everyday life but his quality of life.

Having listened carefully to the complex needs I described for my parents, a member of staff responded super quickly with exactly the right person at the times I'd requested. I couldn't recommend Unique Care Knowle highly enough for their empathetic, helpful and caring approach. They were flexible and so fast that someone started in our home within 2 weeks of me contacting them. Thank you!

I have been using Unique since January for my mum and have always found them to be faultless. Are always on time and work in a very professional but friendly way. Mum was reluctant in the first instance but the care she has received has improved her health and wellbeing and we don't have to worry about her now. Thank you from all of us

We have been so pleased with the care provided by Unique Senior Care. My mother has a core of four carers for days and nights, all of whom go above and beyond. The carers are so kind, professional and work incredibly hard to provide Mum with a comfortable and happy environment.
The structure of the company is such that the carers are closely supported by the local care manager, who visits regularly.
We have used Unique for nine months to date and the whole experience has been a stark contrast to a previous agency we tried.

I highly recommend.

I can't say enough to show my appreciation of the unlimited care shown by the carer for mum. She is very proactive to the point that I don't have to worry about mum's needs because I know her carer will actually be looking for thing that need doing and not just be robotic on the basis.

Overall Experience

I have used Unique Care twice, the first time for a week of "live in care" and recently to help my husband in the last week of his life. On both occasions the response of management cannot be faulted and the carers have all been prompt, efficient, respectful and caring. He was compassionately cared for and everyone made sure that I was supported at a difficult time. I wholeheartedly would recommend this company to anyone needing support.

Weekly companionship visits since September 2024. This has been very useful, especially during the period of changing care homes! We value the support and feedback she provides to us. The office is excellent and changing to Unique Senior Care Solihull has made a huge difference to reducing our stress levels.

Overall Experience
Set up care for elderly neighbour who was not very mobile and needed help with daily care.
Unique Senior Care Solihull provided exactly the kind of care that she needed and she couldn't be happier.
The carers are excellent and tend to her needs with 2 visits a day.
It's only been one week but the difference it has made to my neighbors care and her mental well being is totally worth it.

Highly recommend their services.

I've found the office and care staff at Unique to be brilliant over the last 6 months or so, which is what makes them stand out. Arranging care for loved ones can be stressful, but each person I've dealt with has been efficient, reassuring and helpful. I can't really thank the carers enough for the practical and emotional assistance and reassurance they currently bring to my elderly dad. The quality of care provided is high, and office and care staff seem to take such pride in their work. Thank you Unique.

We decided to use the services of Unique for my wife just over 3 months ago as I was struggling to look after her at the beginning and end of each day and Unique came highly recommended. From the moment we contacted them and met our manager we were confident we had made the right choice and this has been confirmed by the excellent level of care my wife has received since. Unique's carers are very professional, keen to help and most of all they are very friendly and personable and have become part of our daily 'family' as we look forward to their visits. Nothing is too much trouble and they are reliable and trustworthy. So a big thank you to all the team from myself and my wife for helping us maintain a good standard of living.

The staff at Unique Senior Care have been excellent throughout everything. The carers have been outstanding and sensitive to our needs, and having care in place with Unique has been a big relief to the family. The care needs we require changed suddenly, and Unique was able to accommodate a request made at a weekend for changes to care starting straight away. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My wife's live-in carer has transformed both of our lives. I no longer feel overwhelmed by providing personal care and doing all the household tasks myself and my wife is happier because she has a companion and I am not so irritable.

We received outstanding care from Unique Senio Care for my mother over several months earlier this year. Unique employ carers that really care and we felt comfortable that Mom was in good hands.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Unique from the initial visit by Management, so friendly, personable and also moving forward we had to make a few changes which were done over the phone effortlessly.
